When I was with Greenwise I could never…
When I was with Greenwise I could never contact them on 2 different phone numbers. I would get a message that they were handling other client and to leave a message. I called 8:59 am and still got the same message and I kept calling every minute for 20 minutes.They open at 9:00 am. After 3 days I still have not received a call back. Horrible customer service.

I am a person with a lot of anxiety, this process was so scary to trust anyone to handle my debt for me. So thankful I did! Honestly it was the best thing I could have done for myself! It was so easy! They handled everything! Communication was hands down the best thing I could say about them! Everyone I talked to was so kind and professional! I graduated the program! My credit score is SO MUCH better now! Thank you Greenwise! Couldn’t have done it without out you! Wish I would have done this sooner!
