I'm always happy with the product and price, however; I feel the shipping boxes could be constructed a bit better. My boxes were all falling apart when delivered. Thank goodness, the product wasn't damaged.

Catherine spent extra time helping me hunt down a pair of glasses that my previous colleague ordered over a year ago. I wasn't even sure that it was ordered from Green Monster Promos in the first place. Luckily it was and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. We are happy with the product.
