Absolute first class treatment from start to finish! Nothing to much trouble for them and as a person with little knowledge about bikes i asked alot of questions lol very patient and talked me through what i needed to know. Scammers! Nothing more nothing less but complete and utter con artists!! Sold me a dodgy bike that needed so much work needed to it within a week then the wheel exploded and all I got was the bikes yours now deal with it! Because I’m from london and there based in Leicester they have taken absolute liberties! Disgusting customer service and was threatened on numerous occasions!! Stay away and save your money the bikes are awful!! Cheap and tacky China bikes!!!

I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this place the customer service was great they were really helpful especially with me living a long way from the shop . The price of the bike was unbelievably low compared to 90% of the others out there Really cheap and fast shipping and the quality of the bike I bought is amazing from the look to the performance (rockshark GL big tire) very surprised how cheap charging it was which is definitely a bonus at the moment and the fact I can charge my phone off of it makes it even better still , have and will recommend this company to anyone who asks (which has been a lot of people so far because you can’t miss it ) ……… right I’m off out for more fun on my bike

Needed some fat bike mudguards for my fat bike, i looked everywhere including popular websites in china and uk but couldnt find anything, this was the only place i could find the perfect fat bike mudguards for full protection of my bike, price was just over £20 and items came in a few days with tracking, very happy all round with my purchase and highly recommend green hybrid bikes :)
