Our experience with this company was so very bad that we seriously considered getting into the commercial fencing business since simply meeting normal customer expectations would have been so very, very simple. They sold us the wrong style for our public project application- ( a damaged vertical rail cannot ever be physically removed if they are ever bent or damaged. Next when we attempted to exchange for the proper type they said NO EXCHANGES and basically blamed us for following their (wrong) recommendations...They claimed they had shipped the order complete-only they forgot to make and ship hundreds of feet of shorter rail sections. (Blamed it all on us, of course)...I won't even get into the inadequate packaging, terrible damage claim policies, screwed up shipping (to billing address instead of to the shipping address). All in all it was a terrible experience.
