“Buyer BEWARE” Should be flashing in Red on their web page.

Our experience with this company was so very bad that we seriously considered getting into the commercial fencing business since simply meeting normal customer expectations would have been so very, very simple. They sold us the wrong style for our public project application- ( a damaged vertical rail cannot ever be physically removed if they are ever bent or damaged. Next when we attempted to exchange for the proper type they said NO EXCHANGES and basically blamed us for following their (wrong) recommendations...They claimed they had shipped the order complete-only they forgot to make and ship hundreds of feet of shorter rail sections. (Blamed it all on us, of course)...I won't even get into the inadequate packaging, terrible damage claim policies, screwed up shipping (to billing address instead of to the shipping address). All in all it was a terrible experience.

Jason Mart was not involved with us during the sales process. He is the owner of the company that made the purchase. We never heard of Jason Mart until after our products were delivered. Jason Mart was not involved with any of the numerous phone calls and emails we had with representatives of his company.

We did not sell this customer the wrong style of anything. We had numerous conversations with an employee at this same company and we also had a signed and dated order prior to fabrication. We fabricated and shipped to this customer exactly what they ordered.
Furthermore, all of our products are custom fabricated and cannot be exchanged. We're not Walmart or Amazon. The person we dealt with at this same company fully understood this. Jason Mart has 0 communications with us prior to his company's purchase of our products.

This was a large order with 1 part Commercial Fencing and the 2nd part Commercial Deck Railing and they did, in fact, ship in 2 separate shipments. Had Jason Mart been involved in our discussions with Kym Webster, he would have known this.

The order was, in fact, accidentally shipped to the wrong address and we fixed that issue and the products were delivered.

JASON MART'S 2ND ORDER OVER 1 YEAR LATER:
Jason Mart's company came back to us THIS YEAR (4/19/2023) and placed a 2ND ORDER with a total price of: $50,434.73. Contact Us and we will be happy to provide you with the signed and dated documentation of Jason Mart's 2nd order with us.

Finally, on August 4, 2023 we will celebrate our 19th year selling American made products online in the USA. We spent a ton of time in discussions with a representative of Jason Mart's company. And, we custom fabricated and shipped to them exactly what they ordered. Then, over 1 year after they review above, this same company came back and ordered more products from us at cost of almost $51,000.00.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered 2 gates and paid in full…

Ordered 2 gates and paid in full upfront.
Quoted 8 week lead time on all custom gates.
After the company failed to deliver within the quoted time frame I requested a refund, but was told they do not offer refunds on any custom orders.
It has now been over 7 months and I still have not received the gates, and have attempted several times to cancel/refund the order.
They blame the delays on national shortages of material and labor force. Which are probably true, but you still have to have some kind of accountability to deliver the product as promised, or AT LEAST refund the money if/when you fail to do so.

They will take your money with no plans to deliver on their end of the contract......
