Eneida Parra was the worst
Eneida Parra was the worst, 3rd visit to get things straightened out… she stood at counter and said that we didnt understand banking, and told us to return in 1 hour to talk to someone, that someone was her, she then wanted us to fill out paperwork and we would have to wait another hour … we got mad and left …. It was their mistake AND INSTEAD OF SAYING SO OR EVEN CALLING SHE SENT … email… showing corrections of where they took $ out of savings to pay car payment

The entire process of transition from the Reno City Employees Credit Union (RCEFCU) has been easy to navigate. All employees have been outstanding to work with.
Additionally, I am currently working abroad. Staff at the Sparks branch were able to solve a unique situation for me in an effort to make funds secure during my work abroad.
Lastly, my only criticism of GBFCU is the on again / off again availability of the bill pay system. Sometimes it works well, most of the time it does not. Perhaps that is because I am logging in from abroad, but it is problematic.

Poor customer service and horrible loan rates.
In November I bought a new truck. Your loan rates were worse than the big banks. I asked for a loan specialist to call me, your employee said someone would, it never happened. The rate and the customer service would not have happened when I was with reno Employees FCU and I was a member there for more than 30 years. So disappointing and due to lack of follow up, I will probably close my account, and recommend my family members do the same.
