waited over two years and still nothing

We ordered an expensive bed from them and they delivered to us multiple times over 2 years and always damaged and did not check first. They this last time we waited again for more than 6 months and they said it was damaged again. We asked for a total credit for this experience and their answer was they can pick up the damaged bed and give a refund. No other company would ask for a damaged item back after 2 years. Very not professional company and I would not suggest you work with them.

If items arrive in perfect condition, you would be ok, otherwise, good luck with customer service...

All was fine until we were putting together the last of 6 chairs we bought from them. One leg on the last chair had a hole mis-drilled so it wouldn't line up for assembly. Sent specific details and information, including photos to customer service and apparently you have to jump through all kinds of hoops to accomplish anything because I got a "canned" response to fill out a form, then wait for a review, etc....Pretty frustrating for chairs that were $500 apiece and took almost a month to arrive. We ended up just jury-rigging it since my husband is pretty handy. That was easier than trying to get reasonable help from customer service....

We understand that our claim form and requests for details like product labels can seem like extra steps. Our intention with these is actually to streamline the process for properly logging manufacturer defects and securing the correct resolution for you. We deeply regret that this made things more difficult.

Placed an order for two nightstands. Received an email later stating that the items are on back order-about six weeks out! Had I known this when placing the order I may have looked elsewhere. I think this should be disclosed at the time of purchase.

I was not able to use a coupon code despite receiving multiple offers nor was I able to “suggest a price” for my items- as advertised. After purchase, received an updated shipping date that was three weeks later than expected arrival. Disappointed with the process and store.
