We ordered an expensive bed from them and they delivered to us multiple times over 2 years and always damaged and did not check first. They this last time we waited again for more than 6 months and they said it was damaged again. We asked for a total credit for this experience and their answer was they can pick up the damaged bed and give a refund. No other company would ask for a damaged item back after 2 years. Very not professional company and I would not suggest you work with them.

Sent specific details and information, including photos to customer service and apparently you have to jump through all kinds of hoops to accomplish anything because I got a "canned" response to fill out a form, then wait for a review, etc....Pretty frustrating for chairs that were $500 apiece and took almost a month to arrive. We ended up just jury-rigging it since my husband is pretty handy. That was easier than trying to get reasonable help from customer service....

Placed an order for two nightstands. Received an email later stating that the items are on back order-about six weeks out! Had I known this when placing the order I may have looked elsewhere. I think this should be disclosed at the time of purchase.
