Having decided to go for your ‘try before you buy’ I ordered a sample bag which said would arrive within 2-3 days and I would receive before your summer offers ran out. Im still waiting for it to arrive after 11 days and 2 phone calls. I decided to go ahead and order a bulk bag anyway but was disappointed with the quality as it was absolutely filthy dirty and will need so much washing. My son ordered a bag as well and his was supposed to arrive the day following mine, on the Friday. His did not arrive and was informed that it would be delivered on Monday. Very disappointing service from delivery and customer service.
