Worst Company I have ever dealt with, they stole my money and sent nothing, When I get them to reply on email they lie, and say it sent weeks ago but the only shipping # is TBA, and the insurance that they make you buy, says they only cover once its been shipped and it has not been shipped so they cant help. No keyboard, no money, no real answers. I hope this whole company gets shut down for the way they treat people.

Replacing my P9 Pro w/ P9+
Purchased the Gravastar P9+ as my old P9 Pro just doesn’t charge so well after 3 years of constant usage. The P9+ are more comfortable, easier to take in and out of the case, and the buds are held in place better than the old P9 Pro. While the weight of the item is a little lighter the case overall still feels sturdy and it definitely charges the buds better as the new bracket securing them is better designed.

Really Kawaii speaker
These guys have a very cute appearance and you grow attached to them.
After using them for several years, the battery malfunctioned and they were on the verge of dying, but I contacted them and they sent me a replacement battery straight away.
I wouldn't recommend changing the battery yourself if you're not good with hands.
But by following the instruction video they sent me, I managed to revive my Gravastar.
The sound quality is fine as a computer speaker and I'm very happy with them.

Gravastar Mars speakers consistant connection issues since purchase
I have two gravastar mars speakers and they both function poorly. I keep them fully charged and are located within three feet of my pc tower, and yet they consistently cut out and disconnect from from blue tooth. My PC is only 16 months out so i dont believe that the issue is there as they had connection issues on my previous laptop. For the amount you pay for these speakers, there shouldnt be this many issues.

Ordered a mouse and keyboard, the box came smashed to bits and torn and the mouse was not to be seen.
The company are neglecting this issue saying they packed the mouse so they don’t care basically?

Great products, extremely well made, the quality is insane. I can't see me changing keyboards and i've been through the range.

The buds sit nicely in your ear and have a noise cancelling mode and a normal mode which was really cool to find. Both of the buds have the same controls which was strange for me but other times handy. The sound quality is mint. The noise cancelling is odd as everything sounds like a echoing whisper but they sound great and feel great.
