Let me save you from a costly mistake: Grand Distribution LLC/Royal Wholesale Hub is a fraudulent, dishonest, and unethical company. My experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster.
I placed an initial order that they delayed for over a month with excuse after excuse. They eventually fulfilled it when I left a one star review and promised it wouldn’t happen again. Foolishly, I believed them and placed a second, much larger order for 100 units. That decision destroyed my business.
As soon as I listed the items on Amazon, my account was flagged for selling inauthentic products. Amazon immediately removed the listing and deactivated my seller account. When I reached out to Royal Wholesale Hub for a Brand Authorization Letter and proof of authenticity, they vanished without a trace. No documents, no replies, nothing. Total silence.
This is a textbook scam. They sell fake, unauthorised, and potentially illegal products, take your money, and disappear. They are not just unreliable — they are dangerous to your reputation, your business, and your legal standing.
Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews online — they are fake, paid, and completely misleading. The moment you send your payment, you’re on your own. No support, no accountability, and no integrity.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Grand Distribution LLC/ROYAL WHOLESALE HUB. They are a fraud, and they will rip you off without hesitation. Consider this your warning.
