I bought a watch from Gray. The watch is good. The boxing papers are crap. Don’t trust what you say.
I bought a watch from Gray that was supposed to be brand new box and papers included. I could not tell from the photo, but the box was destroyed completely. It does not look like a brand new box yet Grille he did not annotate that on the report, they say, they only checked the watches the buyer did not annotate that on his Write up. Beware when you buy the people at Gray or say anything so they’re not responsible.

I really couldn't be happier with my Grailzee purchase experience. After going through the 'make an offer' process with the seller, it appeared we were coming to an impasse. Grailzee reached out to me and helped negotiations continue, quickly coming to what felt like a fair deal for both myself and the seller. Once a deal was agreed on, I received instructions for funds verification. From there, communication was great through the authentication process, payment and shipping. Shipping was super fast and I was genuinely surprised at how fast I received the timepiece. The icing on the cake was how nice the piece was in hand. The watch was every bit as nice, if not nicer, than represented in pictures. I am looking forward to doing business with Grailzee again.
