If I could give this company a zero star, I would. Been with them for over two years now cameras are constantly not working. I get no notification when they stopped working they continue billing you.. when you called to speak to someone they give you the runaround Andrew the manager when I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me he could not give me their information and I’ve been calling for weeks and every time I called to speak with him to see if there’s an update on canceling my Contract. He’s always busy. The months that the cameras haven’t been working still getting billed for they’re not refunding me anything having to request every time I need a clip is not the best to check my drivers. You have to go on their app and request too many clips, their customer service is terrible and they refuse to help me speak to someone higher up Telling me that he’s going to escalate this to his supervisor but how do you escalate someone complaining about you directly to your own supervisor I strongly recommend not to use this company at all. They have zero reviews on Google. Ask one representative to where they located so I can maybe go to them and the lady told me she’s in the USA.

Lost $1000. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service
Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. I had issues with my asset tracker starter relay. It gets stuck on disable & I can't turn on my machine for hours. It happened multiple times & the latest time it did not turn on all day. They claim the issue is with installation.
They have 3rd party "certified installers" so I have to pay for a 3rd party tech to check the asset. The first time the tech said it was good, but we continued with the same issue a few weeks later. They don't care if the tech said installation was good they insist they're Trackers are not the problem.
Then Again, GPS trackit told me that installation is still the problem. The most recent time I had to rent equipment out because I could not turn on my equipment. I'm going to lose over a $1000 because of the rental & paying a 3rd party technician AGAIN.
0/10 I don't recommend. GPS Trackers will leave you stranded & they take no accountability & don't work with you at all. They don't guarantee the work of the 3rd party installer. You are on your own. Take your business elsewhere where they guarantee the tracker. Also, you have a 60-day cancelation clause. You still have to pay for the service. Your money is lost, but please find another service or they will cost you more

DO NOT BUY THIS TRACKING DEVICE/SERVICE. I feel completely used and abused from this company. Oh, and you go have to love the 60-day cancellation wait time. A bunch of promises of changes with nothing done. Do yourself a costly favor and stay away. Please learn from my experience and save yourself hassle, time and money

They will continue charging your account 60 days after u cancel your account , it's a real scam the way they do this. I tell them that I won't be using there service because my truck broke down and still make me pay for something Im not going to used. Becarefull with this company

Peter Miranda the rep is so incompetent he shouldn’t be employed by them
Don’t believe anything he says unless it’s in writing
And sure don’t try a cancel. They won’t let you even per an agreement
If they get your you bank account info it’s all over. Only give them your credit card if you’re stupid enough to get stuck with them.
Am I pissed yes. I run a large company and believe in morals. This company does not so don’t get screwed like me
