Fast shipment, everything went smoothly. The oculink cable and adapter worked perfectly fine out of the box. I've tested a bunch of other cables and none of them worked as perfectly as this one.

Amazing!

The device was amazing, the keyboard was amazing, the service was amazing. I just didn’t like the ONE MONTH delay, that’s all☺️. The device does last a few hrs in normal use and gets hot like the sun. But it’s perfect for students.

Great service and quality

The purchase process was fast and simple. There was a problem with the order invoice but we resolved it in a matter of minutes.

The product is amazing and the quality is superb. The included software is simple to use and if you want to, you can tinker with the controls, processor wattage, fan speed and even automatically switch power profiles when on battery or AC/wall plug. Great stuff

Great Support

Customer support is great. They are available via email and Discord, and very responsive. I placed my order during the middle of the Trump Tariffs, and they took care of me despite the uncertainty in import taxes. They are also working diligently to minimize impact of tariffs to the customer. I had a great purchase experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for the best gaming handhelds money can buy.

I bought GPD pocket 4 ryzen 9 model

I bought GPD pocket 4 ryzen 9 model. Update two to three months later. The quality is outstanding. The speakers are loud and clear. The screen is beautiful to my eyes it's an oled display I believe. its fast and powerful. I used the touchscreen and i discovered the middle mouse button on the top right is useful too! I wish i had this laptop through out college haha. I use the fingerprint unlock and makes unlocking device a breeze. Touchscreen is really nice as well.
Im still really impressed and i love pocket 4 so much. The fan kicks pretty often however and it is loud but personally i dont mind and its probably for the best to keep stuff cool.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. I did not get any tracking number. Then the tracking information came a day after it supposed to arrive (according to tracking report). But the tracking number was also false (It did not arrive to my State yet). Now day 4 with no tracking updates and Fedex do not know it's current location is. I finally got in touch with GPD and they said wait till Monday when everyone comes back to work and they will contact me if needed. What kind of customer service is this? Did I mention that this is a gift for this coming week. I would post the emails and screen shots I have but that will take up time. GPD should upgrade my order for all this mess. I don't have my order yet. I was asked to do a survey of my experience on this order and it was removed the next day. This is the second survey they are asking me to do.

As shared in our previous email communication, we have already provided all relevant updates and actions taken in response to your support request. We sincerely apologize that you did not receive the tracking information after your order was processed. We've identified and resolved the issue that led to this.

Please note that we have fail-safe systems in place where even if our system does not send an email with your tracking number, FedEx's system will send an email once the label is created. We would also recommend checking your spam or junk folder in case the email from FedEx was filtered there, as unfortunately we have no control over their email delivery system.

Our team responded to your support inquiry on April 6th, confirming that the matter had been escalated to our logistics team and we would follow up by Monday, April 7th. Please be aware that sending multiple emails in quick succession can unintentionally delay responses, as newer emails can be pushed further down in the queue due to the structure of our ticketing system. That said, we had already initiated an investigation with FedEx from your initial contact and were awaiting their updates.

As you later noted in your follow-up on April 10th, the shipment resumed progress after being released from customs, and FedEx confirmed the parcel was available for pickup following your hold request.

To clarify, once a hold request is initiated directly with the carrier by the customer, any resulting delays or delivery issues fall outside of our control. We completely understand how this affected your experience, especially with the signature requirement and scheduling at your delivery address.

Regarding your request for complimentary accessories (such as the KVM module and stylus) at support, we regret that this could not be approved. However, as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, we offered a 5% discount on your next order, which you declined.

While we are unable to provide complimentary items, we remain happy to assist you in filing a delayed delivery claim. In this case, however, FedEx confirmed that the delay was due to a customer-initiated hold, which makes it ineligible for a claim.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the trouble and appreciate your patience. Your feedback has been forwarded internally to help improve our processes going forward. If there’s anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
