This is transparently disclosed across our website, including before the application begins, in the third-party authorization form that must be signed before payment, and again at checkout, where a full breakdown of our cost and service is provided.
At no point was the role or cost of our service hidden. You chose to proceed with checkout and received exactly what was paid for, professional assistance that resulted in the successful approval of your ESTA application. Yet it's somehow being labeled as a scam for delivering what we promise.
It seems more likely that this comment stems from a lack of careful review during the order process, which would explain the inclusion of inaccurate claims. We're transparent so applicants can make informed decisions before committing to our service, and we stand by the support provided.
