I had a question, and responded (thinking I might get an answer in a day or so) and instantly got an answer. It's like...somebody is actually there who cares! I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Technician Chirag. He was incredibly helpful and efficient in installing Microsoft Office on my system. The process was seamless, and he explained everything clearly as he went.

Beyond just the installation, Chirag went above and beyond by guiding me through cleaning up my Mac. He offered practical tips and advice that were easy to follow and understand, even for someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy.

From the beginning, Jai, the technical assistant, was friendly and patient; He did a very thorough job in removing my old Microsoft Office 365 and in installing the new software I bought today. I mistakenly bought the PC version of…

I mistakenly bought the PC version of Microsoft Office, and they showed me how to remove it from my Mac and sent me a working replacement, even though their site warns against that mistake. That's the sign of an honest company.

Quick Response

Called Microsoft when it was clear hackers were trying to get my information. Appreciated the quick response. Loki's calm manner was helpful as were the options he offered. The explanation of the different levels of security available helped me select the firewall protection best suited to my needs. Definitely good to know I have increased my internet security.

I purchased GoSoftware’s 5-year…

I purchased GoSoftware’s 5-year Technical Support plan for up to five of my systems. After they installed their software to set things up for me, my new computer started running exceptionally slow within two days.

When I contacted them, they informed me that the version of the software they installed was not compatible with my system. They offered to refund $200 of the $249.99 I paid and install a different software that would supposedly work better. However, they insisted that the refund could only be deposited into my bank checking account instead of being credited back to the card I originally used for the purchase.

Since I was uncomfortable with this and opted to forgo the refund in favor of having them install the new software and stop whatever was causing my system to slow down, they refused. Instead, they repeatedly insisted on obtaining my bank checking account details while they had virtual access to my system. At one point, they even blackened my screen, preventing me from seeing what their technician was doing.

This was an unsettling and unforgettable experience that, to me, seemed like a scam. In the end, I received neither their service nor my refund, and I am still fighting to get my money back.

NOTE: Regardless of what anyone from GoSoftware Company may claim, my experience with them is real. There was no confusion or mistake in dealing with any other company. My review reflects the truth based on my personal experience—people, be aware.

The company attempted to scam me by remotely accessing my computer, presenting a form, and insisting that I enter my bank routing and checking number. They then took control of my computer, shielding the screen with a dark overlay to prevent me from seeing their actions. While I repeatedly demanded that they stop, they refused.

Fortunately, I insisted on not entering my bank information. However, they denied me a refund and refused to provide the service they had promised, including fixing the slowness of my computer—an issue caused by what they had added to my system.

My experiences are real and factual.

The software is legit, customer service is awesome.

I was having a hard time installing MS Office, probably an age-related cognitive issue on my part. I sent an email and got a reply in a matter of minutes. After that it was simple -- and successful. I am very pleased. The software is legitimate; After installing I got a notice from Microsoft that the was an update for the MS updater app, and everything else was current. I'm very happy with Gosoftware and will purchase from them in the future.

Scammers

I bought what was supposed to be microsoft office pro through Groupon. It loaded as a trial 365 version. There is nowhere to enter the product code. Contacted their customer support with no help. This is a scam and should be removed from Groupon.

I purchased a new Dell computer with…

I purchased a new Dell computer with Windows 11 from Amazon. After installing the Microsoft Office purchased from Gosoftware and while installing a new printer I found the Dell computer was Windows 10,not 11. I sent the computer back to Amazon and purchased another Dell computer that did have the Windows 11. I called Gosoftware and their technician spent nearly a half hour installing the Microsoft Office in my new computer. I am extremely pleased with the service and and the product!
