Absolutely DO NOT recommend this…

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this product — the customer service is downright atrocious.** I gave the cream a fair try. It's fine, nothing special — honestly, no better than what I can pick up at CVS for half the price. But that’s not the real issue.

I cancelled my subscription, got a confirmation, and yet they continued to bill me and send more product. Even worse, I used the *wrong* credit card for my initial purchase and immediately called to correct it. They confirmed the change. But guess what? The so-called "cancelled" orders kept coming — and they were charged to the *removed* card. Completely unacceptable.

I’ve sent multiple emails, left voicemails, and BEGGED for someone to call me. Not a single response. No one cares. No one calls back. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the way they’re handling billing is shady at best.

I wanted to follow up regarding their response. I double-checked my phone, and there are no voicemails—so I'm not sure who they believe they are calling. Additionally, I have multiple emails that directly contradict their statement.

Avoid this company at all costs. They’re a nightmare to deal with.

Charge w/ no warning, locked out of acct

I have suddenly had a charge without warning. Up to now I have always received an email in advance. I am also locked out of my account despite requesting a password reset MULTIPLE times. I’ve also been asked for a review, and asked to verify my address. But no warning about the charge. And why would my address need to be verified after already having received multiple orders? I am extremely frustrated not to be able to access my account. I want to cancel my subscription.

The new vitamin c serum is nothing like…sludge

The new vitamin c serum is nothing like the original.
It is thick sticky hard to fill the dropper and it has a slight smell to it. Also hold the bottle in the lite the bottom of the bottle .The bottle is deceiving it is about three quarters full as the bottom of bottle is raised

If i could give a lower score I would

If i could give a lower score I would. Not because tge product is so bad but their customer service is non-existant. You cannot cancel orders. I tried to cancel in January and this month it charged me again for a product I now do not use. I have received numerous orders since trying to cancel. This time I caught the charge on my bank account.

I tried to email them because I could not reach a person. The email address, when clicking to send them an email came up NULL. Great way to avoid customers. There was no chat option for me.

Very, very frustrated and unhappy.

Reasons why I will not buy Go pure.

These are the reasons why I will not buy:
1.Ad says discounted at $33 not true at least for Canadians it's still $59 each, so maybe this is on US auto ship only.
2. If they are able to provide lower price and free shipping on auto ship, why then can't they remove the $30 freight when you pay full price? That's a way to sort of trap you in (screams scam)
3. If I only add the 3 jars as a one time purchase it won't let me, unless I add another product to the cart. Hmm glitch? I didn't think so. It's just a tactic to get you to buy more.

Well then I prefer to spend my hard earned money somewhere I can trust.

I've been a fan of goPure for years and…

I've been a fan of goPure for years and use their products down to the very. last. drop. Literally have never had so many compliments on my skin as when I was using their Niacinamide Booster Serum and decided to subscribe so I never run out. Their vitamin C products are exceptional (try the dry oil!), and I'm a huge fan of how soft and hydrated the Dramatically Dewy Serum makes my skin feel. They are so clearly focused on their customers, from the knowledge they share on all things skincare to their wonderful service. I also really appreciate that they're constantly innovating and coming out with fresh new products with a purpose—not just the same old things. They're extremely transparent with their ingredients as well, so I always feel good about putting their products on my skin. Affordable AND effective!

I'm 39 and have always been skeptical…

I'm 39 and have always been skeptical about skincare, especially as a male. I also don't like products that feel heavy or leave me sticky. My girlfriend introduced me to Go Pure, and after trying a few of their items I can confidently say they're worth the time and effort. I wish there were more male centric options, so I'd feel more confident buying them, and know I'm choosing the right products for me.

I've used their serums and night creams & they all feel pretty decent once soaked in. I appreciate Go Pure’s commitment to clean, no-nonsense ingredients. And, I appreciate the options for minimal and fragrance free products.

It smells fresh, brightens your skin and I've gotten so many compliments ☺️

The products arrived in a timely manner, packaging was well done, with great instructions on how to use each one.

I have tried the face serums and creams in the past & loved them. For awhile I was lost in the next best thing out there and m8ssed hoe GoPure made my skin look so fresh and bright. Now, im using not only the face line, but am trying the body creams, and I am so pleased with the scent too. I tried that Maeleys which, even my husband kept asking me what the manly smell was. Lol so, thank you GoPure, my husband isn't doing that any longer.

Amazing Brand and exceptionally happy client

I hv been an absolutely amazed customer of the GoPure brand for the past 5 yrs. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts. I love the Go Pure anti aging products!

I love the Go Pure anti aging products. The anti aging serum pack of three products along with the Vitamin C oil have completely changed my skin. My fine wrinkles are diminished in appearance and so are the dark spots on the sides of my face from sun damage. I had zero issues with dryness this winter which is very unusual for me! I love that their products are all natural too and reasonably priced. I am a customer for life!
