The process was very straightforward and went smoothly. Communication was good at all. Points. The only thing that was less than ideal was that our assigned towing appointment was at 6:30 a.m., but I suspect if we had said we could not do it then they would have offered another time.

The car donation process was so simple, from start to finish. I submitted requested information online and was called right away to confirm and set up a tow. The next day the car was picked up and I was done. Goodwill handles all of the paperwork. So glad I made the decision to donate rather than sell my 18-year old car.

Setting up donation of used car handled well over the internet. Confirmation call and email as to time for tow truck to pick up which came on date/time as prescribed. Tow truck driver friendly, provided me with receipt, and was able to remove the car within 20 minutes. My car, 2003 Toyota Camry, served me well and I hope will be of some benefit to Good Will.

Goodwill agreed to let me know how much the Mercedes car was sold for so I can get tax credit. They gave me a receipt only $500 tax credit for a Mercedes Benz at pick up time and I never heard from them.
