I purchased Gonex compression packing cubes directly from their website (because I do everything in my power to avoid ordering from Amazon, which is a horrible company). I ordered well ahead of my planned travel (like over 3 weeks) but unfortunately Canada Post's strike foiled my plans. I contacted Gonex to be sure that they would ship through another carrier. They were responsive and when it became clear that my package was going to be in limbo indefinitely they offered to ship me another set via Amazon to be sure I'd have them before I left. And at no charge (so I will eventually have 2 sets). Wow. Talk about going above and beyond. Despite this strike being outside of their control they communicated with me numerous times and even checked up to ensure delivery had occurred. In my experience, no company has ever gone as far as they have to ensure customer satisfaction. And the packing cubes are high quality; both in terms of the material and even more importantly, the zippers. I have full confidence I'll be able to use these for many travel adventures to come!
