I talked to several people before I purchased 5 launch monitors for my sim business. Most of them were personable, nice guys; one stood out for the sheer amount of answers given and the depth of knowledge, Kyle Bullard. He really knows what's going on with the industry and got me a good deal on my launch monitors which were delivered in less than a week. I would highly recommend using Golf Sim Depot for your sim purchases.

Kyle went above and beyond well after hours of operation to help me get my sim running, some of the best customer service money can buy. Thanks to Kyle who answered my call at roughly 6pm on a Friday night and plugged away until roughly 5am, my group was able to get on the sim for the weekend with no hiccups. If I could rate higher than 5 I would.

Kyle is what made and is making a difference. I have had a SIM since 2023. I have made several fun and painful upgrades since and now am in the process of making a LM upgrade. I will now explore video capabilities based on the changes I am making with then LM. There are are a lot of options and SIM golf is addictive so it is helpful to have a trusted resource inside the industry that does not try to over sell you. How does he do it? He listens.
