Patrick is AWESOME! We had a missions team from Risen Church in Houston join our ministry, RiverCross Global for work in Zimbabwe. We boarded our plane from Paris to Jo'burg, but then were stuck on the tarmac for HOURS. I texted Patrick to let him know our situation. As soon as we arrived in Jo'burg, our new boarding passes were in our emails. Patrick had gotten all 12 of us rebooked! SO much stress alleviated and time saved! THANK YOU, Patrick! Best Customer Service Experience Ever

Our flight to Kenya was canceled during the night. I was afraid we would not be able to get anyone to help us because of the time, and because we were going on Saturday morning. Within minutes, our representative (Hans Mast) was communicating with me. He was able to help rebook our whole team of 17, and he stayed in touch with me the entire time to keep me informed. What could have been a disaster became a minor inconvenience, and he did this while helping several others who had been impacted by the same airport shutdown. We will definitely use Golden Rule Travel again!

The Uganda Trip that Almost Wasn’t

Our flights got canceled 12 hours before take-off and Hans spent hours working to make sure the team could all still get to Uganda the same day. He exhausted all options and communicated clearly throughout. Thank you Hans for saving our trip!

Great Customer Service!

GRT has always had great response times with initial scheduling and especially with the most recent rescheduling I had to make. I had been surprised when I got a response to my initial emergency email in less than 5 minutes. Thanks so much for making traveling so much easier!

A great last-minute solution…

Due to last-minute weather forecasts and a complicated series of connections, I called their off-hours number on Sunday night to see if they could make changes for my Monday morning flights. The “miracle worker” at the other end of the line did it! Ouf, what relief!

Rebooked while in Papua New Guinea on a Sunday

I was in Papua New Guinea when a flight was cancelled and I had to book new flights. It was Sunday evening back in the U.S. but I contacted the Golden Rule emergency email and Han’s was able to rebook my flights in less than an hour. Very grateful!
