Whether its placing my order on-line or speaking to a customer service representative, the process is easy and understandable. Customer Service reps are some of the nicest people you can deal with. Dependable and affordable
I have been using GoGo meds for about 4 years. They are dependable and I appreciate the quick turn around.
I especially like the website where I can see all my prescriptions and refills available and they will contact the physician if needed. Since my insurance company has increased my co-pays with GoGo meds I pay less than with my insurance. I use GoGo meds for most all my medications.

The website works well, but . . .
The website works well - couple concerns: first - I wish my health FSA debit card worked on this site - talked to a GoGoMeds rep about it once and was told there was nothing they could do, that there was some setting somewhere that automatically declined it. (It works great with other providers.) Second, I could do without the repeated phone calls when your system decides I am in need of a refill. I know when I actually need a refill, and don't need daily phone calls.

We are looking into our payment processing system and what changes are needed to allow health savings cards to be added online. That said, as a workaround we are able to run both FSA or HSA cards manually if you'd like to give us a call to place your order.
We also understand your frustration with the refill reminder calls. We reviewed your reminder settings and have adjusted the settings for you. You can review or change these at anytime in your account if you need in the future.

My medicine has been stuck in Cincinnati since May 29th. Today is June 7th. Please stop using USPS. Use UPS, Fedex, anything other than the postal service. Their service is terrible.

Too Many Clicks to Complete an Order
It took one click to order my RX. It then took TEN (10) more click to finish the order. I realize the verification of the shipping address, but the screens are confusing, duplicate and frustrating. Been a customer for years, so apparently I am willing to deal with it, but could be more streamlined.

approve. They send the meds to my mailbox. Very easy and convenient.
