I've worked with similar companies before, and I must recognize GoFormz.com for excellent customer tech support. Knowledgeability is decent with most companies, but where this one stands out is in the timely response (I've never waited in a queue for more than a few minutes) and the incredible patience afforded to me. I'm not a pro, but they have always made sure I understood their support and assured me that they'll stick with me until we're all satisfied with the results.
