Integral Strength programme

I've been using Integral Strength since Jan 2025. It's a great programme and I've seen a noticable improvement in leg, core, shoulder, arm and wrist strength. Strong muscles are vital for improving the length of your health span as a human, and as I approach my 50's I'll be keep doing the workouts in this programme for as long as I can! Thanks GMB for another high quality and enjoyable programme

Excellent content and platform and trainers

I've been using GMB's online training programs since 2019 and they just keep getting better! I went through Elements in 2019 when it was sheet based and I had to figure out timers for the various modules - but the online platform their programs are on now is excellent in both showing the instruction videos, and having demo videos while the timer runs. Besides the great setup, the content is just amazing. There are progressions for literally any level, be it a 80 year old who want to practice getting up from the floor, the 40 year old computer worker with back pain, or the 20 year old needing more mobility for their martial arts - and everyone in between. The movements are fun to do, and I felt improvement in my strength and flexibility after a few weeks. And did I say it's fun to do?! That's why I keep getting back to their programs. They also have a great online community, where you can connect with other movers and get feedback from peers and certified GMB trainers.
Just get their Elements and get going with it, it's the best thing!

Unyielding Policy in the Face of Genuine Hardship

I was genuinely excited to start my fitness journey with GMB's Elements program and later decided to invest further by upgrading to a bundle, including the Mobility and Inner Strength programs. However, not long after I began with Elements, I experienced a severe lower back sprain. Over a month has passed, and I'm still in the recovery phase.

Given the circumstances, I reached out to GMB, hoping they might consider my unique situation and offer some flexibility in their return policy. I understand the importance of policy adherence, but I also believe businesses should show empathy and flexibility in unforeseen situations like mine. Sadly, my request was declined.

What adds to my disappointment is that I haven't even accessed the other two programs I bought. I'm left with products I can't use and a dent in my wallet, all while nursing an injury. While the content might be valuable for some, potential buyers should be aware of the company's strict adherence to their return policy, even in exceptional circumstances.
