Terrible customer service !! The ring got sent after a month and no one was polite and professional enough to tell me what was going on . As soon as I received the ring I returned as I had enough of their horrible customer service !!! The ring has been delivered on June 24th , I emailed them 4 times already and no one had the courtesy to respond!!!! It s an awful company !!! Pure scammers !!!! Do not buy from them !!!!!

I do not recommend anyone to order from this website; it is a scam.
I ordered the ring on 11/02/25, received an order confirmation, and then nothing else. No shipping confirmation and no tracking information. No one responds in the live chat or to the customer service email provided.
The description stated a delivery time of 5-7 business days. Now, I see no other way to contact the company or request a refund.
For this reason, I am forced to file a complaint, as this is clearly a scam and violates regulations.

Nice that Gloring response to their positive reviews. I bought a ring in March 2024 I sent it back as it wasn't holding its charge. It came back TODAY 1st February 2025. Apparently they had not picked it up from the PO at their end so it was sent back to me. Nice!
Don't be tempted by this company read the reviews and decide for yourself.

Actually no stars
Actually no stars. The ring stopped working after 3 months. No response from support despite writing to them several times and taking screenshots of the error messages. Wasted money. Not recommended.

Ring quite simply never arrived
Ring quite simply never arrived, my bank have refunded me ( luckily) I can’t say that the customer service is bad because there doesn’t appear to be any? Just a generic email of excuses, I would doubt that there is anything genuine about this company so do not try to purchase from them

Poor customer service, sub-standard product
Since purchasing my Gloring in July 2024 I have experienced many issues.
Firstly, on the Gloring website it clearly states that if a ring doesn't fit you can return it and they'll replace it for free. Unfortunately I needed a ring one size smaller - upon contacting them I was advised that I needed to pay to post the ring back to them from the UK to Italy. I disputed this, pointing out it says they will cover the cost of return to which they said they wouldn't cover the cost of the postage. Eventually I paid to return the ring.
When the new ring was due to be delivered, I got contacted by customs advising import duty needed to be paid for the ring. I contacted Gloring who advised I didn't need to pay, this went back and forth through DHL and Gloring until eventually Gloring asked me to pay customs and said that they would reimburse me as it would be easier this way and they did.
Once I received the new ring it fitted fine and I could use it. I'm relatively happy with the ring, it tracks the basic data I need, the sleep tracking is out sometimes. Having had the ring for a few months I've noticed several scratches on it (I purchased the gold one and there's a gold coating with silver underneath). I have been very careful with the ring - I remove it when I shower, wash up, go to the gym etc. so I don't believe the scratches are due to misuse.
I contacted Gloring and they advised there's nothing that they can do unless I purchased their care package which I didn't know what an option, so now I'm stuck with a ring that looks crap after a few months of use.
I've found their customer service to be really poor and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you are thinking of buying a ring, avoid the gold option and purchase the care package, although based on my experience with them I wouldn't be convinced they'd follow through and repair or replace. And make sure you order the correct size first time as they don't replace for free as stated on their website.

Didnt get the Gloring nor money back

I was comparing and reading the info about smart rings and by clicking "buy" I wanted to see the Gloring delivery cost, but accidentally the 199 euro was deducted from my account. I did not mean to purchase it. They promised more than 2 month ago to send my money back. Nothing has arrived yet.
Update: after publishing it here the Gloring promised to send me back the money within 5-7 days. It has been more than 2 weeks and nothing has arrived. I dont know about the ring itself but the costumer service is terrible. To lie and cheat...more than once?! No trustworthy co, Gloring.

Company's Stance on the Product.
I purchased the Gloring in November 2023. Loved the concept, value and was a fairly new company. They did several software updates which worked great. The rings battery WAS very long lasting up till July 2024. At which point I had to recharge the ring every 3 or 4 days. I noticed that the ring started "monitoring" more frequently. This wasn't a huge ordeal. The ring's battery still lasted several days. Unfortunately, towards the end of July the ring's battery would last maybe a day. August just a couple of hours. I reached out to Gloring for assistance. Very disappointingly, I was told that due the "damage" IE normal wear on the ring that they couldn't replace the ring since they couldn't put it back on the market. Loved the concept and the product at first. But, have to rate the company's stance on standing behind their product as a "try a different ring". Which is what I will be doing.

The charging contact rusted on my finger without me putting it in water or a pool. And they will not issue a return or refund. Contacted them many times and no help. Scammers for 180 euros

Good value for money.
Surprised at a lot of the reviews on here. Brought this after a recommendation from my daughter. She is a fitness nut and uses garmin,fitbits etc and said they were very similar. Tbh I think it’s great. Looks brilliant and does what I need it to do. Ok I mainly use it to count steps and it seems to do that perfectly. Battery life is fantastic I get the best part of a week from it. Also it was delivered to Cyprus in a few days via DHL.

Company can not provide ordered size. First time after precize measurement I ordered No8, but received No10, second time for the gift ordered No6, again received No10. And for the finger's of the width of 66 mm the suggestion of No10 is too big (the experience of my previous order).

Performance is not how they promise - very poor
Unfortunately I found out, that the ring is not having the performance which GLORING promises on the website:
#The period tracker for women is only a fixed calendar. There is no possibility to change beginning or end date monthly. No women's body is always on point. Shame you didn't take care about this.
#The stress tracker is only manually tracking. This is not for what it's made for
#The connection during walking is stopping without any reason. My earphones are still connected. So it must be the ring.
#There is no temperature sensor in my app
#The german translation in the app is really very poor and also partial wrong
#Since 6th of April I am waiting for an answer in the chat - nothing
#Because of this reasons I had to send the ring back, but i had to pay nearly 17,-Euro delivery costs on my own.
#Payment back after the received the ring is now taking already more than more month and it is only possible, if i open a problem solving via Paypal.
GLORING is promissing absolutly wrong perfomance and customer services on their Website. At the end of the day i had a lot of work to get my money back. So I cannot recommend this product and this company. There are a lot of smart rings on the market now - take another one!

Bad customer service
Ring worked twice now will not charge although I’m sure this could happen to any product but what I’m complaining about is the 4 times I’ve tried to contact them with no reply , I’m now at the stage of trying to get the item sent back but keep getting @ we will be in contact within 48hours “ never the case , I have now contacted my bank to sort out .

Wish I’d bought the aura ring instead!
Wish I’d bought the aura ring instead! Measured the finger exactly as per the instructions, received the ring but it’s 7 sizes too small. Gloring said it was my mistake, which it wasn’t. Went to a jewelers to have it professionally measured and they confirmed it’s the incorrect size. Explained this in several emails to Gloring with evidence and not having it. Said it’s my mistake. They said they sent the right size. The box says it’s the right size but the ring in the box is a smaller size so THEY have put the wrong ring size on the box. Told me I have to pay to return the ring. Wish I had read the reviews first as I definitely wouldn’t have bought from them as it appears people send the rings back for a refund which they never receive!! Sounds very scammy to me! Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, way too stressful and they don’t care one bit about customer satisfaction!

4 months and I'm still chasing for a…
4 months and I'm still chasing for a refund!!!
Having painstakingly followed the return process to the letter, 4 months have gone by and I have still not recieved said refund. I didn't even open the package as by the time it arrived I had purchased an alternative.
I am completely exhausted and disgusted by the lack of customer service. If I could leave a zero star review I would!

Battery life far from advertised
Unfortunately the battery life is far from where they advertise it. I’ve emailed to request a refund but after only just a month, the battery isn’t under warranty.
So it’s advertised at 7 days, pretty good, but, the average I can get from it is 36hrs!! This is without using it for any of its features, eg, sports tracking. If you use it to track any sports activity over an hour it won’t last the activity.
Luckily I use it for sleep tracking and just average day activities, which it’s great for. I actually really like the ring, the fit, the style, the features, it’s just the battery isn’t anywhere near where it’s advertised.
Another example, fully charged before bed, 40% battery drained when I get up.
I did have one reply to an email but after I answered and sent evidence, they’ve just ignored me. Shame, like i say, really like the ring if it wasn’t for the terrible battery life.

Complete scam!
Updated due to Gloring trying to discredit me. Order number #9156.
Reasons why not to buy this product:
- I requested a refund and was ignored by customer support (still haven't heard anything)
- The gold came off after about a week of wearing the ring
- The charger broke after about a week (again nothing from customer support)
- It took a month to arrive (clearly shipped from China)
- Gloring are trying to discredit me saying there is no order affiliated with my purchase.
Do not waste your money, this is complete scam. Whoever set up Gloring is making significant profit selling on a cheap product. AVOID. Its not a million miles off a similar product I bought for £15 on a cheap wholesale site.

Software needs some bug fixing

tracking and app not always reliable.
I'm still observing but i already see some issues that surely will be fixed in the next releases (hopefully upgradable also in my ring!!!).
The battery is lasting only a couple of days, and the notification of low battery is not working.
The tracking of activities button is not always working properly: sometimes is grayed out for no clear reason, some other times after starting the tracking the stop button disappears, some other times it tracks only some metrics but not all of them (i.e. is measuring steps and calories, but not heartbeat). Up to now, it worked properly only 25% of the times.
Translation into italian has some mistakes
Sleep monitoring is a little confusing: one night i slept only 4 discontinued hours, and the app told me the quality of sleep was excellent
