Never got the money for the phone. I sent my iPhone 11 back in May 2023. it's been almost 2 years and I've gotten no email or acknowledgement at all. I can't even link my PayPal account in the website. It just glitches and re-loads the site every time I try to click to link in.

Online process was super easy and the estimate I got was higher than other places. Shipping was easy. They had my phone for a while before I got paid, and I had to check in twice, but the money eventually came and it was the amount I was quoted, no downgrading after inspection.

I sent in my iPhone 14 Pro 30 days ago and I’ve had some communication but they just make excuses like they’re super busy and promise you’ll get paid on a certain day to no avail and no communication. I’ve been dealing with them for years now and I’ve never had such a bad experience I wouldn’t use them for this anymore I’m starting to doubt they’re legit anymore. Wouldn’t recommend.

I sent in my iPad mini 6 in through UPS courier shipment and it arrived within two days. Next step was the inspection of the device which took some time ( around a week and a half because I sent in my device during a high volume period). All steps were tracked through the website on the account. The money for the trade in was sent by etransfer after inspection was completed.

Overall there was good communication from the business through phone calls.

Shipped iPhone14 Pro to this business after getting the quote and shipping label online on 9/25 and delivered on 9/27. Haven't received payment (it's already 10/10). I have tried reaching out through their website contact form but no replies. No one picks up the phone listed on the website either. Website mentions this for the timeline : "Once a technician gives the all-clear, your payment goes out the same business day or the next day." I am guessing they don't define when does the technician get to look at the device after delivery. I am not even sure if this is legitimate business anymore.
