I been purchasing gifts cards from this company for about 2-3 years..I have used another company before I switched to Gifty...there are AWESOME..I wish all companies had there customer service dept..there so many options...you can change messages up till time of delivery..you pick a greeting card from there list..pick a pic from your photos on your phone...very easy website to use..am NEVER going anywhere else for my gift cards..they have different deliveries types...text...email or postal service..I use text...soooo easy to to use..I absolutely recommend going with gifty for your gift card needs !! I gave them 5 star rating..wish I could've rated them a 10 star...

I had giftly send the card to the…
I had giftly send the card to the persons house. When it got there, it looks as if they printed two screenshots of the webpage onto the card and called it a day. It literally says “view the whole message online.” It does not come with a physical visa so you’re basically paying giftly a service fee to transfer money to someone’s account. Just send them the money and write a card yourself. This business is bullshit and I cannot believe it reviews so highly. Has to be bots.

We never were sent a code. Just order number. Person has not been able to use. Plus the stores at the mall have no clue on your system.
People expect easy usable gift cards. You and Westfield utc mall have done a poor job.

No In&Out gift card
Scam alert. Do not use this service! It’s unclear what the point of this company is. I purchased what I thought was an In&Out Burger gift card from Giftly. I presumed it would be a digital card (there’s a graphic suggesting one) that would be e-mailed to my recipient who could drop into their digital wallet. No! Your recipient will need to fork over info on a PayPal account, a checking account routing number or wait for a Visa card to be sent to them via mail - none of which are an In&Out gift card btw. Giftly charged me $11 for this when I could have just written a check, used Venmo, or purchased an actual In&Out gift card (for free). Skip the fees and relinquishing a good chunk of personal and financial data. Avoid Giftly.

It asked for my Banking information including account number and routing number. other options are to have a card mailed or sent to a paypal account that takes 4 days. I chose to have it mailed and it will take 10 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Stay away from this site.
