I ordered a case for the Samsung fold z5. It was flimsy. The piece that was supposed to cover the "spine" of the phone didn't protect the phone at all. As I opened and closed the phone the case would come off. I have emailed the company, as that is the only way to contact them, but they have yet to respond. I am aware that you have to pay for the shipping to send it back (per their return policy) however you have to get the return label from them. I spent $50 on a phone case, that doesn't fit or protect my phone properly, which I will likely not be getting back. There customer service is non-existent. There is no number to call. Do Not waste your money.

Used the water proof case for my Note 10+ snorkling in Florida. My phone got wet and died. I had one hell of time accessing my hotel info, pay for parking via phone, 2FA to access my email, checking into my flight, and most of all BEING LOST IN A CITY WITH NO GPS !!! NO ACCESS TO PHONE NUMBERS, ANYTHING!

I’ve had the Nautical Slim case iPhone 16 pro for less than 2 months and already the ‘Crisp responsive’ sleep/wake and ringer buttons are no longer crisp or responsive. Very disappointed with how little time it’s lasted. The design feels and looks cheap, the case has already been heavily scratched considering the ‘Tough military-grade construction’ and it definitely does not have ‘Enhanced call sound quality’ either. All round a poor purchase from me and I will be looking to exercise the stated ‘Lifetime Warranty’ with this product.

Took 2 weeks of me complaining every day about it not moving. The case is alright, definitely wouldn't pay any higher for it though. Plus you can't use your fingerprint with this case on. Those stupid little stickers barely ever work

Limited Edition Ghostek covert. Excellent case, great protection. This case has saved my phone a few times already. I love the kickstand on the back. The volume buttons are a little hard to press, so if you have a Google pixel fold, or any foldable phone, when you open it, and use the volume buttons. It's a little hard to press with one hand. The kickstand also keeps the phone from laying flat on the table if that's a concern of yours. I give this case 9 out of 10. I wish the volume buttons were easier to push otherwise fantastic limited edition.

Bought the case for the Pixel 9 Fold, Case came 2 months late.
Literally broke the FIRST time I ever dropped it. Massive crack on the inner screen rendered the phone unusable. The case itself also is super slippery and has no cushion parts internally like Spigen does. AVOID.

My phone fell off my desk within a month of getting the case and it broke the glass on the back of my pixel 8 pro, I messaged customer service about it and haven't heard anything back, it's been several months now.

Everything went wrong with Ghostek. I still haven’t received the case, despite completing the order and paying full price. Right after purchasing, I suddenly received three different coupons—none of which I could apply retroactively. When I contacted their support, there was no option to use a coupon, nor could I cancel the order—this was just an hour after placing it.
They claim shipping from the US to Australia takes 3-10 days, but I placed my order on January 17th, and it still hasn’t arrived. According to the tracking info, it hasn’t even left the US. To make matters worse, they initially gave me the wrong tracking number. When I asked for at least a refund on the shipping cost, they blamed delays on bad weather.
Overall, a terrible customer experience. Hopefully, the case will be worth the hassle, but I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.

Received two faulty S22 cases where the power button was depressed and not properly in line with the device's power button. Clearly a defect in the line.
Cases were unusable because of this. Very difficult process to get company to acknowledge the issue and assist with return. Spent money that I apparently cannot get back and ended up having to purchase from another company. Never again with Ghostek

One of the items was incorrect.
I have been trying for a week to contact the company--- crickets.
No response to my emails and when I call the company # the message says the voice mail is full.

I ordered som items from your store on December 11th (Order No. 214072) and I was told it was being delivered by DHL Ecommerce. The tracker had been updating constantly but after it departed from the transit country (Germany) on December 21st it hasn't changed.
I've contacted DHL and they told me I had to ask my provider. I asked for your support though your website more than a week ago and haven't received a response. It has been 20 days since the last update in my tracker and no one knows where my package is.
I have been receiving emails asking questions about my customer experience yet no one has done anything about my case. I would expect you to start a research on what happened to my package or refund my money.

What I dislike:
1. magnet along the hinge protector. It causes some interference with the SPen where the Spen fails to recognize (or write in this case) on the screen where the magnet is.
2. the collab printout was placed outside of the case instead of having it printed on the inside of the backscreen.
3. case is too "cheap" to look at. looks too plastic-y and if you're not familar with the brand, you'll just think that it's one of those cheap-o cases that you can purchase from any online shops.
4. support is unable to assist with any modification after making the order such as having to update the address.
