I had an issue with a prescription being delivered to the wrong address, and their customer service; ***specifically Jhovan*** handled it with such grace, patience, and genuine care that I felt completely taken care of. It’s rare these days to come across a team that not only listens but takes ownership and delivers solutions quickly and with empathy.

The level of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through was impressive. You can tell they truly care about their customers, not just in words, but in action.

In addition to their outstanding service, the quality of the medications themselves: the quality is absolutely top-tier. You’re not just buying something; you’re investing in your health and it shows.

I didn’t know companies replied this fast to me but they do at zuess. When you are getting prescriptions, you want a fast response time and they always answer me within an hour or so. Great company and my doctor is so knowledgeable and helpful.

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect from a company I saw a Instagram add for, but lets say my expectations were low. But I have been pleasantly surprised the whole way through my experience with Zeuss. I read through all the things that TRT therapy could help me with as well as the different treatments and ultimately thought that the nasal gel was probably the best fit for me, Zeuss put in the order for me for lab work, and then I met with the Dr. who was very helpful and friendly, and ultimately recommended the nasal TRT treatment. A week later the meds showed up in the mail, the customer service has been amazing, very responsive and helpful with any and all questions I have had. The TRT treatment has really improved my quality of life, I’m less tired (with a 9-month-old little girl at home, that’s huge by itself!). I have more energy while working out, I’m not depressed all the time and most importantly it has drastically improved my intimacy with my wife and strengthened our relationship all together. Really, I thought going into this that it was probably going to be a waste of time and money but for once someone delivered on their promises and claims, I can’t thank Zeuss as a company enough as well as all the friendly people who are part of that team and have helped me. I am having a great experience with GetZeuss. I signed up and started the GLP-1 program in June 2024 and have achieved what seems to be reasonable (and sustainable) success with the treatment as well. I have found the people at GetZeuss to be very helpful, responsive, and timely whenever I have questions. Most recently, I asked about how to navigate an Rx shipment from the pharmacy around out-of-town plans. They promptly processed the request which ensured I received the medication requested well ahead of my scheduled travel but also before unexpected severe weather in my area.
