Professional driver, recommended

Really disappointed that there's no 0…

Really disappointed that there's no 0 STARS. If someone intends to start doing transfers for these scumbags PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK TO DO SO!!! At the first few rides it will be ok then they will start holding your earnings and try to force you to make more rides in order to get your money from them and that's not all, they will offer you payout in stages while you do more rides for which you will not be able to get your earnings. In March I suppose to get paid for what I did in February now is nearly mid July, first they tried to pay half of the rides from January when I realised what they do they excused that at times they pay this way, then for more then half of the rides done in February I still didn't get paid. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Predatorial practice

Still don't know how the service will go but having no refund policy immediately after making booking is a predatorial practice.
So one mistake and we are sorry your problem. Pay the full price.

Get transferred is a scam! They take clients money, then don't pay the driver's. Then they tell the drivers if they book more trips with them they would pay them more. Of cause this is a lie. Stay away from get transferred!!!

“Unfair and misleading process”

GetTransfer asks you to pass a one-time “test” to activate your driver account. If you fail, they block you permanently with no second chance and no explanation. I have professional experience with Uber and Lyft, but they refused me for unclear reasons. Totally unfair and disappointing. Feels like they just don’t want new drivers.

“Over 1 Year and Still No Payment – Avoid This Company” 或 “GetTransfer Still Owes Me Since June 2024 – Scam Warning”


⚠️ Over 1 Year Without Payment – GetTransfer Owes Me Since June 2024

I completed a ride for GetTransfer on June 15, 2024, and have not received the $196.75 they owe me.
They’ve acknowledged the debt by email, claimed they would pay through Payoneer, and said it would be done within 6 weeks.
It’s now been over a year, and still no payment.
They’ve since stopped replying with any useful information — just generic apologies and false promises.
This is not a delay — this is deliberate non-payment.
I strongly advise others not to partner with GetTransfer as a driver or carrier. I will be filing formal complaints to UK regulatory authorities and posting this evidence on Reddit.

Would never use this company, transfer pickup cancelled 45mins before expected pickup, I had 2 members of our group who had mobility issues. We were left stranded at ferry port. Now 1 month later and still no refund

We were left stranded

Driver didn't show up upon our arrival at Beziers Airport. After waiting 25 minutes I phoned him and was told that he had no booking at Beziers Airport for another 2 hours and advised me to get a taxi. So instead of the spacious van we had booked for the 5 of us and our luggage we eventually got a taxi, regular car with inadequate space for luggage so we had suitcases on our laps for 30min journey. Stressed during holiday worrying if driver would show up for the return trip to airport. Luckily a driver turned up for that trip.

scam

scam, scam, scam.
Do not use this company, they delete stuff on the app and try to get to cancel so they do not have to refund your money, when you don't cancel they do and then hold on to it saying you can use it another time, after they hang you out to dry and leave you stranded.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I worked with you three to four years ago but I still haven't been paid and I've received many complaints that you guys don't do pay But I want my money. Absolutely not recomended

Absolutely not recomended. I used gettransfer many years. But that was last time for me that I used it 2 days ago. Driver canceled transfer 14 days before ride, but I didn't get my money back. 2 days I write letters, fill forms and so on - and only get - be patient, we are working at your ride. Never will use it again.

I booked a transfer

I booked a transfer. Full payment was made, driver was confirmed. Next day I logged in the app and found that driver cancelled (with no system notification) and no update on any new driver assigned. My transfer is in next day super early in the morning and in suburb. I tried to cancel my request since I need to get another transfer from another source but app prompted that I can’t cancel since no refund (not even when the driver cancelled on me and no new driver assigned!!) … kept me waiting, saying “waiting for new carrier” .. so I contacted their customer service , no contact number available , can only send email. Their only reply was that to fill up a lengthly form, sign and return , which I did and it took a lot of effort since we are travelling and only have mobile phone. After which they just revert “thank you for the email” and no confirmation that they will refund or cancel booking. Found that they went ahead and still charge my credit card nonetheless which resulted me having to submit dispute and charge back. I am SO avoiding this company and suggest everyone to do the same. In the end I book my transfer using Uber which was MUCH more reliable .

This company does not pay drivers. I am a driver who is scammed and every time I write a review they answer me to send an email to solve the problem. I sent many payment reminder emails but they never paid me!! be careful, with this transport company you will only have problems !!

Avoid GetTransfer – No flexibility or real customer service

Two weeks before my family’s trip to Turkey, I booked an airport transfer from Antalya to Alanya through GetTransfer for my wife and our two young daughters. I chose the Flex fare and booked a 2024 Mercedes Vito, expecting a smooth experience.

About 9 hours before the flight departure, I received a message from the airline that the flight had been delayed by 2 hours. I immediately notified the assigned driver via the in-app chat – in fact, more than 14.5 hours before the scheduled pickup time in Antalya.

Unfortunately, the driver refused to adjust the pickup time, stating that he would wait only 1 hour past the original time and then leave – no refund would be provided, even under the Flex policy.

I contacted GetTransfer support to explain the situation, but they also refused to help, saying changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. But how could I have known about a last-minute flight delay 24 hours earlier?

As a result, my wife and two daughters arrived in Antalya at 01:00 AM, exhausted after a long flight, with no transfer and no assistance. They had to find another transfer service themselves in the middle of the night.

I expected more flexibility and understanding, especially for a Flex booking and a family arriving late at night. This level of service is unacceptable.

I will not be using GetTransfer again and do not recommend it to anyone, especially families traveling with children.

Was promised a full refund for my ride…

Was promised a full refund for my ride of $500 dollars and they ghosted me and deleted the email where they promised the refund. ITS A SHELL CORPORATION WHO ARE A COMPLETE SCAMM BASED OUT OF RABDOK COUNTRY TO AVOID ACCOUNTABILITY FROM THE LAW. Do not book you will not see a penny of your money again. Complete scam worst service ever too took over a week to get any kind of response when my driver ghosted me 20 mins before my flight

Bad experience

I reserved my ride with family from Bucarest airport to Neptun, Romania (about 270 km) 4 months before a trip. Reservation was ok. Then 3 days before our arrival the car/driver changed. Then the arrival day - three more changes. And finally - when our flight arrived nobody was waiting for us!!!! I tried to call twice but telephone number in Cyprys did not answer. The only way to communicate with them was e-mail.
With two small kids and luggage unpleasant "surprize" for a start of our long waited summer holiday.
How come this company can have money and they still have zero responsibility if the ordered and paid ride is available or not for customer!? I do not recommend.Suomeksi, in Finnish: Sysipaska.
