Dangerous Mishandling of B12 — Company Denies Science to Avoid Replacing $50 Order
I received a bottle of 12 injectable B12 vials that arrived unrefrigerated, despite the clear medical consensus that injectable B12 must be kept between 36°F and 46°F to maintain its effectiveness and safety. I immediately reported the issue to the company.
WEEKS later, they finally responded, dismissing my concern by claiming that their pharmacy said refrigeration "wasn’t required." This contradicts not only their own product guidelines, but basic pharmaceutical standards and any credible source you can find with a simple Google search.
Let’s be clear: exposing injectable B12 to high temperatures can degrade the vitamin, making it ineffective or potentially harmful when injected into the body. The fact that this company would rather gaslight a customer than take responsibility for a $50 order is disturbing and unethical.
This isn’t just about money—it’s about health and trust. Their refusal to acknowledge or correct this issue puts consumer safety at risk, all to avoid replacing a compromised product. I won’t be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for trustworthy, health-conscious suppliers.
