Perfect Bed with Hardeep perfect help

Bed is perfect, I ordered a London bed, the quality is so nice, and you can ask anything on their live chat for help. Hardeep solved all my questions with a lot of patience and professional, I really appreciate Hardeep help for my purchase, just wanna thank you again and again.

Wonderful customer service

Elisha was extremely patient and helpful while solving the problem that I had. She sent me pictures showing me where I was missing screws in the assembly of my bed.
The two times I contacted the company for help they were wonderful.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size…

I accidentally ordered the wrong size bedframe and luckily I was connected with Luke Derbyshire. He quickly was able to get me sorted and was a pleasure to communicate. Ya’ll are lucky to have someone as attentive and caring as Luke. I’ll be coming back for any future bedframe needs and refer anyone else looking to you folks. Thank you again Luke!!

The Perfect Bed frame for Humans + Pups!

We absolutely love our Oxford bed frame and underbed storage box, both in the coffee bean stain. The bed frame is sturdy as well as stunning. It's located in our cabin and we wanted to pick something with warm, wood tones to match the aesthetic but also be sustainable. This frame was the perfect solution for us. The fact that the team at Get Laid Beds takes great care to give back to the planet with planting trees makes makes us love the company even more. We're working toward finishing up another bedroom in our cabin and intend to purchase two more bed frames from Get Laid Beds!

Elisha was great!

I ordered a bed online last night and then changed my mind on purchase and requested a cancellation through the GetLaid.com website chat feature. Elisha was quick to respond within a few minutes and had processed my cancellation in about 15 min without any issues. I’m so pleased with her customer support and will consider a bed purchase in future with them.

Great customer service and product, poor delivery

If we were rating Get Laid beds strictly on customer service, this would be a 5-star review. High praise for Luke Derbyshire who handled our post-delivery concerns swiftly and courteously, and also Trisha who assisted in resolving our concerns.

Sadly, the delivery experience to our California address was far from satisfactory. The bed arrived five days past the expected delivery date. Shipper gave no advance notice of their arrival, just showed up late afternoon with a bunch of damaged boxes. Fortunately the damage to the bed itself was minimal with some cosmetic damage to one of the pieces. Get Laid is providing some colored wax to fill and conceal the gouges and gave us the option of a credit or shipping a new board to replace the damaged one. We opted for the credit. We recognize that shipping is done by companies not under the direct control of Get Laid but it is still part of of the transaction and I am pleased that they accepted responsibility and took quick action to make it right.

As far as the bed itself, we are very pleased with the solid construction and appearance. It feels like a bed that will last a lifetime. We feel like it is a good value, especially when compared to all the particle board junk furniture on the market. Assembly was relatively straightforward. We highly recommend having a power drill driver available and a rubber mallet for seating all the pieces together.

Please don’t ever change

I bought a Japanese bed with storage box and side table with assembly.

The customer service was incredible, you can get to a real person in 1 minute, miracle.

The build was on time (again miracle), keep you updated in each process (order placed, in workshop, dispatched etc.), and beautiful.

Peter Thawhs who assembled everything was fast and did the job diligently.

I hope this company will be around for a long long time. Will be coming bed when replacing the bed in the other bedroom

London bed

I had a positive experience with get laid beds. Bed came in on time and the quality was what I expected. Real good quality wood is not cheap. You pay for what you get comes to mind. This bed will last for years and the styling is timeless. So happy I stumbled upon this company will recommend to anyone.

Warped boards for under-bed boxes required cutting and sanding

We ordered four finished under-bed boxes for the Deco bed. The slats that make up the bottom of each box and interior back arrived unstained, and about 75% of those unstained boards were warped. The instructions for assembly were also poor.

The entire under-bed boxes were supposed to be stained and finished. We had to sand or cut each of those warped boards to make them fit. Get Laid Beds made no mention of that possibility, and it took us about 24 hours in total to finish building the boxes.

We requested a 50% refund of the cost of those boxes for our time spent and highly dissatisfying experience. Get Laid Beds could easily solve the problem by finishing all the slats for the boxes as advertised or making the slots on each side rail larger to accommodate warped boards in general. It was incredibly frustrating.

We also requested a 100% refund for the felt stickers for the bottom of the bed legs. The box that they were in arrived opened, and they were stuck to the headboard and not on the wax paper.

Despite providing a video and numerous photos of the warped boards and adhesive from the floor protectors all over the headboard, Get Laid Bed only offered us a $33 refund. They said that we had altered the slats to make them fit and thus voided the warranty. If the company ships substandard products, it needs to adjust its practices. Do not order from this company. If you have issues, they will not be resolved.

We sincerely apologise for the disappointment you have experienced with your order. The internal slats and back facing panels of the storage boxes are not stained as a standard practise, as confirmed in writing by our Customer Service team.
Unfortunately, it appears that the wood became warped during transit, of which we were not aware before it reached you. We regret that you had to take it upon yourself to cut or sand the items, without informing us and giving us the opportunity to rectify the situation beforehand. Had the issues been accurately reported before any adjustments were made, we could have promptly addressed them. All components are custom-made and can be remade if necessary. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the inadvertent dispatch of items that do not meet our esteemed customers' high standards. It was never our intention to do so, and we deeply regret any disappointment this may have caused.

Low Tokyo Bed

The beds are not bad, but for the money I expected perfection, as presented in the pictures of this company... I was disappointed. We have a low bed from another company for many years (unfortunately we can no longer find the contact)...and we are sure that it will last a lifetime. I don't feel the same with Get Laid Beds products . We bought two Low Tokyo beds. The headboard is quite uneven in one of them. The material seems to be soft and not durable. Damage on some boards. We contacted the company, they don't want to deal with it at all. We are not surprised that the damage occurred. The packaging is pretty crappy. We ordered foot pads. They didn't come with neither one. It is a UK based company. This means that their services are not at the same level as in the USA. That means "if you don't like something, dear customer, it's your problem " . Giving two and half stars...because I would not recommend this company to anyone else

Wonderful experience - Thank you Beth with GLB

My wonderful experience with this company was largely because of Beth, my Customer Service Advisor. The fact that GLD provides a "real" person every step of the process - is rare and exceptional. Even more incredible, is how Beth responded so quickly, professionally and respectfully. She showed me she cared - and she listened. I hadn't unpacked the boxes

My wife was confined to bed, and we ordered a Get Laid Bed so that we could have a lovely guest room that would enable us to have 24-hour care. However, cancer, unrelated to the conditions that had her confined to bed, was discovered, and my wife passed away quickly before the bed arrived. George very kindly arranged a return of the bed, and Beth will be handling things when it reaches them. Communication has been excellent, and the very thoughtful and compassionate service has been greatly appreciated.

Stellar customer service for non-standard bed shipped internationally

I needed a non-standard bed size shipped internationally, and within 4 hours of reaching out Ellie had responded kindly to help me get the perfect bed. She even advised me about stain/color choice. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the level of customer service I received and the product we bought. The Japanese storage bed is exactly what we wanted to maximize space but still achieve that “floating bed” look and add a zen element to our room!
