How friendly and gentle she was to my mom. She had hard time getting a vein and she didnt try to keep poking her til she got one. When she got it she was very gentle and kind and explained lot of stuff to my mom.

Completely indifferent to clients
Completely incompetent people with no regard for clients
They never bothered to cancel an apointment so stood me up, then because they have no actual phone service you have to leave a voice mail and if they get back to you they get back to you, or you can ask by internet and they may or may not get back
I started a chat and nobody ever responded
Absolute indifference to people with medical conditions or in need of home draw.
They said they rescheduled but refuse to confirm it and even labcorp twice today contacted them for me and they didn't even reply to labcorp.
I feel they intentionally, especially a rep named Faye was intentionally I think trying to be abusive emotionally as she replied with about a dozen emails to me and not one answered the one question I had, are you coming or going to stand me up again and so I replied the last time yes or no, its not hard and I think some of them just get off abusing people who have medical conditions. Two calls also I made to them weren't returned..literally as I'm writing this Lindsay from get labs called and confirmed the appt which Fay on about 12 or more occasions refused to do for whatever her cruel reasons are, I think some people just get off or get a feeling of power or joy in that monent they abuse someone.
Its been 2 days of absolute horrific problems with get labs and I'm hoping Lindsay is correct. On a side note quest also has people to do home draws as well if you're being abused by get labs employees also.
They replied to this review saying they want more information, how much more can I say and his many people has Faye abused on July 2nd? Perhaps checking her interactions the evening of July 1 and the dozen or so to me July 2nd? Its nonsense they care, they just don't want truthful reviews out there

Perfect blood draw for our Nonverbal autistic son
We have a nonverbal, special needs 9 year old son. After nearly 10 years of difficulty in drawing blood at various hospitals, doctors, and labs, the phlebotomist, Crystal, first attempt successful with no pain or any issues in obtaining blood from our son at our residence. She was extremely professional, polite, and courteous to our son. She made our son feel safe and flawlessly obtained blood with no pain or issues. This is the only time we've ever had a perfect blood draw. Please recognize Crystal for how outstanding she performed today. It's extremely difficult for someone with autism to receive this level of care and attention or professionalism. We are so grateful we are sharing your company's information and Crystal's with our son's entire school and other sources.

While I’ve used GetLabs several times the past 2-3 years, I’m amazed that each experience matches or exceeds previous visits, This visit was no exception. The employees are friendly, professional, on time and answer my questions. Once labs are ordered, they are scheduled within a reasonable time. The Lab Tech then delivers my drawn blood vials to my in network Pharmacy Lab.
GetLabs company’s communication protocols are stellar! I highly recommend them.

They didn’t give the lab the paperwork
Writing on behalf of a relative: they didn’t give the lab the paperwork, so she didn’t get the results. Now the lab is saying the blood isn’t viable so it needs to be done again. GetLabs wants to come out again for free rather than refund it. We don’t trust them not to lose it again. They wouldn’t let us send it to them the paperwork either. The tech who came didn’t seem to know what she was doing and couldn’t get the tourniquet on right or anything.
