Very bad experience so far. They agreed to refund me for the unwanted items, but all I got were empty promises. I contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing changed. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I had a double mastectomy in 2005 and have struggled since that time finding undergarments that would properly support my prosthetics in addition to providing the shaping for my body . These have been absolutely manna from heaven ! I own every color, and in multiple quantities . This is now all that I wear underneath my clothing to provide a streamlined and supportive foundation . They are without question absolutely wonderful ! Thank you so much, so , so much !!!

Edit: Answer to the reply: I was in contact with the customer service. Multiple times. After several questions, when I will receive the refund they stopped answering. I have no idea what to do, to receive the agreed refund.
Wished I had read the many negative comments here. I would never have ordered there.
Even the cheaper shape wear of amazon is better.

I love the basic shape wear, if you want to get more support get 1 size down, the square shape is very tight, I got one size down and it didn’t fit at all.

I received completely different items than what I ordered. The ones I received are not even sold by the same company, so clearly an error from the mass drop shipping company. So, the lengthy shipping time was more than doubled due to having to reorder and my reorder not even going through the first time. The lengthy delays, the wrong items, and the customer service seeming automated without helpful solutions all lead to me never using this company again.

Learn from my mistake & dont waste your money being conned. It’s a front for Chinese company only interested in taking your money & not actually sending you the goods. Ordered 2 swimsuits, eventually after nearly 3 weeks of contradictory emails only 1 arrived. They marked them both as delivered but had already told me one was out of stock & I told them to cancel the order. The one that did arrive looked nothing like the one on the site & was poorly made. No response to requests to return so raised a case with my bank. They rejected the claim & lied about it asking for proof of only receiving one… err how?!!
Save yourself the aggro & buy from a reputable supplier who doesn’t spam you & lie

I have been waiting for my order for OVER a month now and worst of all I’m not getting a response from Jessica, the customer service lady who I was communicating with, nor am I getting any kind of response via their customer service email. I literally send emails almost everyday and I’m just not getting assistance!! I’m getting fed up and will be reporting this to the trading standards and will not stop emailing them until I get my products!!
