I think I'm going to have to try to get the money they took from my card 12 days ago by going through my card issuer. Don't make my mistake.

- The company claimed to me directly that they would start selling individual toothbrush heads within 3 months.
- They later decided against this so our only option is a ~£16 per 3 months subscription pack of floss, toothpaste plus an individual toothbrush head.
- It is possible to cancel subscriptions online however the company ignores requests to cancel subscriptions by email. In my opinion this is dishonest behaviour.

I didn't receive a delivery and had to chase it up. However, this was instantly remedied by the customer success team and I also received a personal email from one of the Founders, which was a very unexpected and a super nice touch. The missed delivery was due to a system mess up and they apologised sincerely. Floe's products are awesome and I can't recommend them highly enough. I notice a difference in my overall oral hygiene when using them compared to regular off the shelf toothpaste and toothbrushes. The sustainable angle is a big factor for me too, so this is another tick in the box. Keep up the great work, Floe!

So easy and simple to use. Sleek design and feel and looks great in the bathroom! Like the fact this hasn't got multiple settings, gum massages etc just a good powerful clean.

The battery lasts for ages. I haven't had to change my new Floe Sonic for over 2 months! Makes such a change from my old electric brush, which didn't last anywhere near as long. Plus, no trailing charging cables. Great!

Great brush, great toothpastes, good floss. It all comes in one box – it's a real treat to use and your mouth feels hygienist-fresh after using everything. I'd recommend it as a gift to your mouth or a gift to a loved one. Cannot recommend it enough.

I have been using the Oral B floss for a while and last night decided to use my wife's Floe floss. The Floe floss is infinitely better. It is thicker so gets more gunk out, it is coarser so more gunk sticks to it and it is black so you can see that it is working. Highly reccomend the floss (and it is a recyclable glass bottle). Assume that the floss is probably has no plastic in it too?

I recently upgraded the manual toothbrush subscription to the electric one. I made a mistake when I placed the new order and the team solved it very quickly - the product arrived on time and I am loving using it every day.

I've been using floe for months now, and I am so happy with the service. They really go the extra mile - the toothpastes aren't just functional but a joy to use. I've actually been flossing consistently for the first time in my life. The packaging is sleek and appealing and recyclable!! I don't want to use another brand now! I hope they do mouthwash at some point!

Very nice experience so far with Floe: my kit arrived before the expected date, and the toothpastes taste great. The floss is great too. I found the brush bristles a little too packed together and a little soft, but nothing I can't live with. Also, I was very pleasantly surprise to find out that there's a business return label included in the box, so that I can send the whole kit back once I'm done with it so that Floe can take care of properly recycling everything.
