Brilliant customer support and always quick and happy to help. The rare times there is an issue, the team get it resolved within a day or two.

I have been using for 15 years

I have been using for 15 years. Service has been excellent. Response to any issues is lightning fast and helpful. Of course, not problem free, but they are dealt with by humans promptly. Couldn't be happier

Have been a customer of theirs for a long time and there's DNS services brilliant however they're getting a one-star rating because of how they treated us I could log into my account last night as my subscription had run out so I logged in and went and paid for another year as soon as I had paid everything stopped working so I logged out and when I tried to log back in I got a message saying my account had been disabled. So basically they took my money charged my card and then disabled my account we've not been able to watch any of our TV shows as a family and missed it important live stream on channel 7 of a family member on the news overseas causing considerable distress to members of our family. We emailed them and had a pretty useless reply saying it will have to be referred to the billing department haven't heard anything back cannot watch any TV and I'm pretty disgusted by the way a loyal customer has been treated. Sadly I doubt they even care about this review and I doubt they'll even bother to reply we'll see

11 years of great service

I've been using Getflix for 11 years now. Their Smart DNS and VPN services are excellent, and I use them daily. Issues are rare, but when something does come up, their customer service is quick, courteous, and effective. Just recently, one service stopped working due to changes on the service’s end (not Getflix's fault), and Getflix promptly identified the issue, made the fix, and followed up to confirm everything was working again. I'm a happy long-term customer and recommend Getflix to family and friends when appropriate.

reliable service with excellent customer service

I have been using Getflix now for over 3 years and have since upgraded to their yearly plan.
Not that Getflix is without its share of issues, but what is fascinating is their excellent customer service and timely problem solving. They are quick to respond and in my case all issues fixed in a timely manner.
It’s a service I have recommended to many of my friends.

Good service

Good service, not expensive - when problems do arise the support team are always quick to help and acknowledge you and work to fix the problem.

Note: I have a lifetime account, and still receive solid support while not being a regularly paying user

Pretty stable and good value VPN. When there are any issues, the Getflix support is always excellent with a very fast response, further investigation and solutions that, in our experience, have always provided a solution.
