The customer service while they attempted to assist does not seem as if they are truly connected to the company.

I simply reordered a second version of the first which was perfect! The thickest grind proof nightguard which fit like a glove! No complaints! However I accidently dropped it and it being clear stepped on it while looking for it, hence needing a new one.

What I received was a very thick *sports guard, so thick I couldn’t close my mouth! Different material, different fit, not workable.

So they sent me a second try which was the correct material but did not fit my bite at all. (Why’d I go through making a template?)

Third try and though the correct material, it was so painfully tight I got migraines. Took both hands and a lot of force to get it off my teeth.

Fourth try- mind you after I asked you to simply forget it- was not trimmed and over lapped on to my gums, roof of my mouth and under my tounge. So much that it cut under my tounge and roof of my mouth. I used my drummel to shave it down considerably. Too much work from a company I know did it correctly… once.

I do not know what happened from the first attempt, which was perfect. Seems like everyone got fired and a new staff was attempting to use the old staffs formula.
Too much work and trouble. I will try a different company. Good luck!

Good product and customer service.
I prefer not to have a subscription as my teeth are shifting. This means getting the same mouth guard every 6 months isn't possible. New impressions are needed.

I used cheeky years ago. It was simple, reliable, and it worked. I recently restarted and the mouth guards I've received are never the same. They also have issues with their system. I am on a 3 month cycle but I had to reach out to them to get it sent. It defeats the purpose.

This time the night guard doesn't fit properly and the material seems thinner than the previous guards. Also, I did not receive a storage container this time!!! Hoping they either send me a replacement or refund my money!!! Not Happy!!!

I ordered a subscription for a mouth guard and they sent the second one without a case. I had to request a replacement because it was squished. The replacement was also sort of squished, but not as bad. However, it's uncomfortable in my mouth, so i dont wear it. I loved my original one, but I won't renew if they keep sending them without cases.

I find both their hybrid and 7mm guards are comfortable and very effective. It took me about 9 months to wear through my previous 7mm guard, so very durable. I do wish the guards came all the way down to the gumline to better work as a retainer, but that may be an issue with my impressions. Overall, very satisfied with this product.

My first gaurd didnt fit right and I was sent another kit to re do it. I sent that one back several weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything.

I've been using Cheeky for a couple years and I absolutely love them! The teeth guard is easy to get setup and then every couple months they send me a new one. I have had to reach out to customer service a couple times: one for a lost guard in the mail, another to pause my subscription due to a deployment, and another to start it back up. Every time they're quick to respond and help me with exactly what I need.
I use a soft guard with the middle thickness and it helps So Much with jaw pain from grinding at night. If I forget to put it in, I have always regretted it in the morning. This thing is a life changer!
