I bought a laptop replacement part from this seller on ebay, the part never arrived. I phoned DHL to enquire about why my package was stuck at their centre and they told me to contact the seller as there was nothing they could do. I contacted the seller who refused to help or refund.

This is an easy company to work with. I have recently sold them a laptop. You get a quick estimate via a well designed website, the free shipping process is seamless, and you get reimbursed quickly. The prices are fair and generally equal to or higher than those offered on other sites or eBay. You are paid immediately when the laptop is received and don't have to pay shipping or selling fees.
