I've now purchased two watches via Bezel in the past year. The first time felt like a leap of faith, sending a wire off and hoping a real watch came back. Everything worked out great, and a week after sending the wire I had a beautiful, brand new Day Date delivered to my home.
Their communication is great and I appreciate that they authenticate purchases. Would highly recommend.

I found the exact watch I wanted and eventually had most of my questions answered about it, with he help of a concierge, and the buying/verification process was just as described and it happened in a timely fashion so I was pleased.
I discovered that not all watches listed on the site were actually available once I tried to buy them, so trying to keep the listings current and up to date is my only suggestion to save time and effort for all involved. I also wish there was more info on the original listings and that questions could be answered a little more quickly, but all-in-all it was a good experience and I received my watch in perfect condition for a great price.

Overall, the experience was fairly easy. It would be nice to be able to narrow a search down for a watch a bit more. For example, un Warren versus used should be a filter option. Year of production should be a filter option. Also after a deal was made a bit more feedback on what was going on with the process would be nice.

I recently purchased a limited edition Grand Seiko through Bezel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The platform made it easy to find exactly the watch I was looking for, and I was able to negotiate directly with the seller on price.
What impressed me most was how seamlessly everything worked - from browsing their curated selection to the final delivery. The human authentication process gave me complete confidence in my purchase, and the watch arrived exactly as described.
The only minor improvement I'd suggest would be adding an option to request delayed shipping after authentication is complete. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I wasn't home when my watch arrived, and since FedEx requires a signature (which I completely support for security), I had to arrange for pickup at a service center. A shipping delay option would be helpful for situations like this.
That said, this was a perfect first experience with Bezel. The platform delivers exactly what it promises - a safe, reliable way to buy luxury watches. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for high-end timepieces.
