Working with the GEOH was a game…

Working with the GEOH was a game changer for my agency operations by having the proper support and guidance in the billing department. GEOH gave me the confidence to grow my agency while they handled getting my reimbursement for services provided. GEOH provides transparency and communication throughout the process of billing and I was total satisfied with their team!

I Recommend Geoh

From Day one Geoh has provided excellent customer service, anytime I needed assistance or questions, about billing or scheduling, never failed to help solve the problem. Tyrell is amazing always knowledgeable, and professional, and I love the app!

GeoH is easy to use

GeoH is easy to use, such that the oldest employee in my company learned how to use it in a day. I love their customer service and quick response when I have a question. They have put training videos that I can quickly refer to in case I'm stuck. Very friendly customer service.

A-1 LOVES Geoh!

We have been with Geoh since before EVV was mandated. We met with Doug. He was patient, funny and was available every step of the way as we learned to use the platform. As the company grew, we were introduced to Tyrell Angeles. I'm not kidding when I say he has TOP NOTCH customer services skills! He is quick to respond, understands the nature of this business and quickly and effectively handles any issues. The app is easy to use for caregivers and admin staff. The patience and customer service from…

The patience and customer service from Tyrell is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and if he says he will call you back, he does. I've not had any additional problems or situations with the new system. Still learning all the systems and its qualities as needed.
The only thing is that, the company is growing and I'm afraid, I won't get Tyrell as much when I need him.
And I understand that, but he is a great representation of good quality customer service!

I have been with Geo since I started my HHA and I am so happy with this company even more so with Derek. Derek has saved me so much time and headaches by doing a excellent job on my billing. Derek always call or text with updates and always make sure I’m paid on time so my company can run as seamless and possible.
