Its just a money machine.
U can order a test.
But they will allways demand further tests.
You will never finish paying.
Allways just need one more test.
And its like you cant see and do nothing on their page.
Try another dna database!

Terrible!4 months past and I still waiting for my results.
I ordered test kit December 2022, early January 2023 test arrived back to their laboratory. I waited 6 weeks, nothing.
We called them, they told us to wait 2 more weeks. We waited and called. They told us, that my sample was bad, (however I think they just lost my kit,and made up an excuse) and they told that they will send me new kit to redo it again. More than 3 weeks later At the and of 4th month, I never received new kit nor my results and no updates.
Horrible company. I feel scammed.
Stay away!
