I found this Gemroots website randomly on Google while searching for astrological gemstone recommendations, and I’m so glad I did! From the very first consultation, Shailendra ji was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my (non-stop!) questions and guide me through the selection process with genuine care and expertise.

I ended up ordering a custom-made Navratna pendant, and the result exceeded all my expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding – each stone is beautifully set, and the overall design reflects both aesthetic elegance and astrological precision.

Being based outside of India, I was initially unsure about ordering from India, but the entire process was smooth and professional. Communication was consistent, and the international delivery was prompt and secure.

I had a very smooth and pleasant experience through Gemsroot.....bought a beautiful piece of Emerald shortlisted by Mr Shailendra ji who not only helped me chose the right piece but also completely guided me after seeing my horoscope.
I was having doubt buying such precious gemstones online but got real confidence after talking to Shailendra ji. He is knowledgeable, patiently listens and understands. I was helped in everything as to when to start using the stone, how to use and energise the stone etc.

I came across the Gemsroot website whilst on a search for Vedic Astrological gemstones. Prior to connecting with Gemsroot, I connected with many different online Vedic gemstone suppliers. The other suppliers didn't connect with my spiritually, and my gut feeling was to continue my search. Fortunately I came across Gemsroot and connected with Shailendra Singh Ji on WhatsApp who is an employee of the business but also the face of the Vedic Astrology side of the business. From day 1 it felt right and my gut feeling was proving correct. I got a Vedic Horoscope reading completed by Shailendra Ji and the same Saturday I paid a token payment from the UK via PayPal. I ordered 2 items, 1 was a Red Coral ring in 18K gold and 1 was an Emerald and Ruby split pendant in 18K. I sent the ring measurements from the UK. The jewellery was energised via Prana Prasthita before Lord Shiva's shivling in a mandir and a video of the energising ceremony was sent to me via WhatsApp video. The jewellery was delivered to my parent's in Gujarat state Kutch, who were visiting India for 5 weeks. The jewellery was delivered via Secure Logistics courier and I was delivered to my father's hand in a very secure manner. A GST invoice was included and 3 GEM certification cards were provided for proof of authenticity. Gemstones is an honest business and they are a pleasure to work with, the whole experience left me spiritually energised and I am a firm believer in Karma. Without a doubt, I only went with Gemsroot as I was spiritually connected with Shailendra Singh Ji.

Shailendra Ji was professional and analytical in his advice and horoscope readings. He made an effort to address all my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly. I found it very satisfying to discuss my worries with him, as he provided tailored advice and solutions while remaining nonjudgmental. His recommendations on which stones would suit me best were accurate given my circumstances, and the rates he offered were reasonable as well.

Extremely unprofessional service from Gemsroot and their sales person Harsh, who makes false promises to close sale but once the order is received, start to dodge your messages or calls and give excuses. I am really worried about this is a scam and urge any potential buyers to not buy from them and face difficulties and loss of sentiment with people who cheat on religious and spiritual grounds!
