Had a great experience with Mr. Ashish from Gemone. I had initially commissioned one project with him, but based on my experience, decided to take up a second project. If I have to rate along key parameters-

Stone: Stone price very competitive. I compared at multiple forums, his offer was best in the group for the same specs. He was able to offer calibrated costs for GIA vs IGI stones and was not at all pushy with options.

Making: Marginally more expensive than perhaps a local jeweler. But the premium is justified for pace or delivery. For context, he prepared a beautiful pendant from start to finish (stone selection, design, making) in 2.5 days. He will prioritize your order and aim to finish at a fast pace.

Communication: transparent, highly engaging, frequently shares design updates, progress pics, videos along the process.

Both projects were delivered within our planned timeframe and despite a few shipping snafus due to holidays, helped us coordinate through the logistics as well.

In short, extremely customer oriented. I look forward to engaging with him again for my next project.

Purchased a 5ct AAA black diamond from the site. When it got to me it looked metallic so I went to Jared’s Jewlers to have them test the quality. It came back as being metal. Have yet to be refunded for being scammed.
