The ability to customize and order exactly what I wanted is top notch. Ease of interface, perfect delivery, exceptional presentation; all of the service provided by the Gema & Co Team is paramount. I have purchased my wife’s ring and a set of earrings, and she gets so many compliments in the shimmer and “shing-shing” in the sunlight. Anyone looking for a gem that glows like diamond and holds like granite should invest in moissanite.

I couldn't find anywhere local to make a custom wedding band that sat with my engagement ring so I found Gema & Co online. Communication was easy. I sent a CAD drawing of my ring and photos and they were able to send me a resin ring to make sure they got the shape right and after that the real ring was made. It fits perfect and is exactly what I wanted!

We bought both my engagement ring and wedding band in 14 k gold from Gema and Co and could not be happier. My fiance and I both think the e-ring is the most beautiful ring we have ever seen. The diamond is so brilliant, clear and sparkly - we are blown away! I keep getting so many compliments!
For the engagement ring, Liz provided us with a choice of 3 diamonds within the 2.1-2.5 carat range with IGI certifications and videos (upon request). We went with the 2.5 carat diamond, and she did not charge any extra for the additional 0.5 carats! All diamond choices were “Excellent” for Polish and Symmetry, “None” Fluorescence, D Color Grade, and VS 1 Clarity Grade (meaning top choices for diamonds!).
For the wedding band, I was looking for a simple, elegant look to complement my engagement ring and diamond, and not overpower it. "The Plain" wedding band was perfect. Both sit perfectly flush with each other and their shaft heights also match perfectly. We made customizations to the rings - increased both bands to 2.2mm and changed the e-ring setting to cathedral and a platinum basket. Highly recommend increasing the band (especially pave!) to at least 2 mm to maintain the integrity of the ring/small diamonds. For the wedding band, it is nice to have a slightly thicker band as well.
Liz is extremely responsive and prompt. The customization process was overall pretty smooth, despite some bumps along the way: 1) It took a bit longer than expected to have the renderings created (about a week for each render; we needed to reach out for a status update each time, and then she would send us a render), and 2) there was an error on 2 of the renderings, but it was a quick fix. Overall we are very impressed with the outcome. From start to finish it took about 5.5 weeks to order, create and receive the rings, which is a bit longer than expected. If we had to do it again, we would absolutely order from Gema and Co and highly recommend!

Excellent quality, and ring was just as pictured. Appreciated the quick responsiveness to emails, and the option to have a resin print of the ring mailed to me to ensure proper sizing/fit prior to casting.

The communication with them was quick and effective, I really liked that. Sadly, the ring that I ordered had a flaw, the stone wasn´t set in completely straight. It isn´t a big enough of a defect to send it back, but it does ruin the ring upon closer inspection. Besides that it seems like a quality ring.

I will be returning my ring. I ordered a very small .25 stone heart bezel ring.(pinky ring)Problem is my ring doesn’t look like a heart at all. I reached out to customer service and they said it was because the stone was too small. If I’m not going to receive what I ordered why is it available to order? I also lost 45$ on expedited shipping to receive an item I never ordered. Super disappointed. The gold is shiny, the stone is very pretty and it fits very well but not what I wanted. It’s beautiful if I wanted a gold ring with an unidentifiable shaped bezeled stone.

When I ordered my ring, I had not expected the extraordinary customer service experience! They reached out because I ordered a pointed wedding band, but didn’t have an engagement ring on file. In short, it was no problem and asked for the measurements of my kite shaped engagement ring. They were so understanding, lovely, and so helpful. I really appreciated it- I knew I had more of a complex project. Because of all the adjustments, they asked if I wanted a 3D printed sample (it was extra, but soooo worth it) to make sure it fit. After receiving the sample, I responded with some comments which they easily addressed with the final product.

Now to my actual wedding band, it’s beautifully constructed. No seams are visible, super smooth, and thin but super durable. AND it fits perfectly with my engagement ring! I absolutely love it! I just loved my experience with Gema&Co. To those who helped me- thank you!

I got my dream ring! My husband and I decided to get new rings for our anniversary - and I had a really clear idea for what I wanted. Liz was great at communicating and did exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions quickly, and was very informative. I love my ring! The lab diamond was even better quality than I thought it would be and she made my dream stack happen. Couldn’t recommend gema and co enough. It can be really unnerving ordering jewelry online - but this experience was great, I’m so glad I went with gema and co over the big box stores. Highly recommend!

My first time shopping at Gema&Co and will definitely be a returning customer! I have a low set oval diamond on my engagement ring and needed an open ring spacer for my wedding band to sit flush. I had to tweak the ring and customer service helped me with band thickness, gap size, etc. until it was a perfect match. My stack is now complete and couldn't be happier!
