Excellent residential boiler service

I needed a boiler service as I'm putting my property on the market. Found Gareth via trusted traders, and after browsing through his reviews decided to request a callback. He had availability to come the very day I called, which was great! He was really polite, friendly and courteous. He even managed to do the entire service without waking my toddler who was sleeping in the room next door! 😂

I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again!

Had my boiler serviced by Daniel who was exceptionally professional, friendly and did a fantastic, thorough job. Vaillant Boiler Service

I had a service today by Daniel. He was very thorough and sorted a system pressure fault which turned out to be an expansion vessel problem. The vessel was pressurized and all now working fine. I will use this company again.

Mothers boiler service, replacement boiler for me

Prompt, all persons dealt with, Gareth, Daniel & Lorenzo, polite, knowledgeable, guidance without pressure.
All work carried out to a high standard & followed up on the required work promptly.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service , the fitter was great and did a good job however half way through the job the owner txt to put another £90 on the bill for materials that cost £15. We had to ask for a call and then had an uncomfortable conversation and felt intimidated, we were clearly being ripped off purely because the fitter took longer than expected. Would not recommend avoid at all costs .

As you recall, this was discussed and agreed upon with you midway through the job. This charge reflected the cost of the specific materials required, along with the significant time our engineer dedicated to sourcing and collecting them, enabling us to complete the work on the same day as requested.

On Wednesday 8th of January 2025 the…

On Wednesday 8th of January 2025 the device engineer called to carry out the annual check on the central heating boiler. I did inform him that it was loosing pressure. On completing the service he unfortunately did not have his phone on him so we had to pay him cash and did not get a receipt. 5 days later the central heating had not come on and there was no hot water so I phoned Gareth Williams who informed me, rather abruptly, that it wasn't his company's problem and I would have to take it up with the boiler makers Atag. I also informed him that we had not received a receipt for the payment or gas service record. Previously I had been very impressed with the service provided but the latest couldn't care less attitude has left me quite perplexed and will not be using his devices in future. David Hughes.

Regarding the boiler pressure and issues, as we informed you, we are permitted to service boilers but not to undertake repairs on those under warranty. This is to protect your warranty and is stipulated by every boiler manufacturer in the country. For breakdowns, manufacturer engineers must be contacted. We understand this may have been disappointing, but it is standard practice to avoid invalidating warranties.
Concerning the receipt and gas service record, we confirm these were sent to your provided email on January 8th, 2025. Recognizing potential email issues, we also resent the documents to an alternative email address and sent screenshots to your mobile phone. You informed us your email was experiencing issues, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We've done everything possible to provide this information.
We're concerned to hear our response to your subsequent call felt abrupt. That is not our intention. We strive for polite and helpful customer service and apologise if our communication fell short.
We understand your disappointment and appreciate your previous positive experiences. We valued your custom and assure you we take your feedback seriously. We are committed to improving communication and ensuring clear, helpful information for all customers. We are very sorry to see you go. All the best.
