The driver installation wasn't working properly, so I had to contact support. The response was very quick, and after a detailed discussion about my problem, I was given a specific procedure. The problem was resolved in less than 24 hours.

Product is great! Unfortunately the material quality of the Leather Case Bracket was very weak but Customer Service Representative Ciyea Zhang handled the issue well!

The shipping was very fast, the product in perfect condition despite being refurbished, and it is an extremely good display tablet! what really made the experience amazing was the support! I mentioned in my feedback on my ebay review that it didn't come with the leather screen protector bracket. I was contacted and compensated $10! I didn't know customer service this good still happened!! The PD 1320 is soo responsive, and the screen brightneses is amazing! I initially tought it wouldn't look amazing because of the IPS panel and %82 NTSC, but it really does look amazing! The only mild critique I can think of is the pen being slightly less comfortable, and a little heavier than a Wacom pen, but that's a nitpick at best. I will gladly be recomending Gaomon to anyone I know looking for a display tablet at an affordable price, as the refurbished prices are a stellar deal!!

Superior, very fast and solution oriented customer service. Although the pen of my tablet was broken after about 1,5 years of usage, I am very satisfied about how Gaomon customer service handled this situation.

The team was very responsive to my issues when I emailed them about a shipping delay.

They were kind, patient and offered an alternative if I needed it. Luckily, the package arrived safely despite the delay (which wasn't their fault) and the team was very happy to hear that.

The pricing of the tablet is great (WH851), it came with good accessories and it's lovely to work on. It's not slippery and the pen is a great size to hold.

I have had my Gaomon Tablet for over a year now and it has preformed extremely well! It has a solid build, vibrant display, and accurate pen digitization. A bit ago it stopped working as expected (I think it a windows update broke it) and their support was very nice and helpful! They where able to guide me though the process of remediating the issue and I am happy to say that it fully works now and I look forward to continuing using this tablet in the future!
5 Stars at a price that wont break the bank. Would recommend!

I was worried that I would not be heard out by Gaomon as other tablet companies often just brush off customers who buy from them( let alone those who didnt have insurance). I had gotten my new tablet after my last gaomon died after 10 years of service. I was so sadden that it had malfunction within 2 months of use. I was asked for video evidence as one should always do when trying to solve any tablet problem and was immediately provided a new tablet afterwords. I felt so happy and valued! it reminded me why I love this company and their products to begin with!

I think the Gaomon has the best system support to clients and their treatments to clients are so cute and nice. I'd got an error in delivery address but then with the help of client service they've fixed it as quick as possible and sent the package to the correct address. In conclusion, i m glad and satisfied )))
