Bought something from the dude on Ebay

Bought something from the dude on Ebay. it came smudged. I contacted them and they said that they would pass it on to their supervisor. I didnt hear anything back. I messaged them back, they said they sent out a new one and a return label. The new item came and I sent the old one back. I left a neutral review, I thought I would use him again if I needed to, but would not go to him first. Then, he proceeded to send me messages heckling me about my review. I simply said, I feel as if I should not have gotten a bad product in the first place. He told me he went above and beyond to fix it. No he did what Ebay would have made him do. Was I happy with my experience. No. Was I mad. No. I was in the middle.

Oh ya, it was the owner sending me these messages...
