Chase those Gains with Geary
Well I've been working with Ash for the past 3 weeks and I am extremely happy with everything so far. Hasn't just helped with my nutrition and fitness but my mental health is in a far better place and for the first time in years I have slept like a normal human being, instead of 3-5 hours sleep I've been sleeping between 7-9 hours every night!
The G-Sheets with a clear road map to what you want to achieve along with your training programme, nutrition, daily planning etc is all just phenomenal really. Clear tutorials.
Ash is always on hand if I have a question which is really awesome.
With no gym nearby Ash has been able to deliver a workout plan for me to use at home and in 3 weeks I've lost 5kg already!
