The best deal and amazing service

The best deal and amazing service. I tried a few different sites and they offered me the highest quote. The process was seamless. So much easier than other sites. I will never use another in the future. These guys are amazing. Jessica P was the best.

Bait and switch...

When I purchased my phone (brand new) I immediately installed a screen protector and a case right out of the box. I sent it in because they made me a decent offer. A few days later I received an email saying it had some "light scratches on the screen" and they lowered the offer by $73. When I told them to send it back they came back and made another offer which was $49 less than the original offer. I told them to send my phone back to me. When I received the phone back I looked closely and carefully at it under bright light with my glasses. The screen is flawless! The entire phone is in flawless condition...thank God! (I was concerned that they may put scratches on it before they sent it back to me). I've sold quite a few phones to them previously and never had a problem. I don't know what's going on with them now. I'm not doing business with them anymore and that's exactly what I told them...

Exploitative unrealistic pricing and deceptive process

Do not use this service as a seller

I have a 6 month old Nintendo Switch that was barely used and can't be distinguished from retail new, carefully packed and mailed. The Quote of $103.50 turned out to be a changed offer of $45 as they claimed "Moderate Wear".

- Deceptive process: "We also wanted to see if you had any questions about prepping your Nintendo Switch for shipment or getting the $103.50 we owe you"
- They lied about the condition of the device (I have photos)
- The prices from Quote to Offer are not close

I’ve used gadget gone dating back to 2023 and I have nothing bad to say about these guys!! Fair pricing solid wait times. Great service!!!! Highly recommended. Whatever you do manufacturer / carrier (USA) trade-ins are a better deal 10% of the time whereas you get way more trade in value (cash-ach payout too which is a great bonus). My opinion but try it out next time you have an upgrade.

Good communication & High Integrity

First off, the team responded to inquiries within a day both through text and email, so I was very happy with their communication.

Second, I was very impressed by the integrity demonstrated by the company and their employees. My iPhone was in great condition - I even shipped it with the screen and camera protectors and phone cover. However, as not to want to overestimate the condition only to receive a counter offer later, I selected the condition description that most phones fall into after years of use.

After my phone was received and inspected, I received an email telling me everything was as I described and actually ‘even better’ so they updated the condition and INCREASED my payout from the quote I accepted. Now we’re only talking $20 but I near fell out of my chair. I really never would expect a company to rightsize my payout after I accepted a lower amount. I’m thrilled because it’s the right thing to do, but this act went above and beyond for me.

shit company

shit company, sent them 2 phones that i know for a fact were scratch free had a case on them since i had them. and they get them and say the are in poor condition. both of them are not locked to carrier and dont have an imei and there telling me it does scam company go somewhere else. do not pay what they say. try and get you to send it and offer you lower then what was offered

Gadget Gone, by far was the most generous when it came to giving me the most value for my phone.. what they offered me , compared to other top companies showed me that this company was more about making sure the customer is getting the most they can possibly get for the device. I also loved the extremely fast money receiving once they got the device on their end. I will personally use them in the near future again.
