to get an islamic account is really difficult because they request for the document and details should be they think, in different countries documents doesnt contain all the details, and how address is written will
be very different, its like 5 days i havnt got my identity verified! keep asking for documents

I have been working with FTMO since 2022, and I’m very satisfied with everything – from the speed of withdrawals and refunds to how quickly they provide a new account after payout. I bought my first FTMO 100k account a the end of January 2025, and passed it in the middle of may 2025. I have received multiple payouts so far and each time I requested my payout I got it within the same day or the day after with no delays. I always do bank wires for withdrawals, and these are thousand dollar payouts. Just so you know how valuable it is to have a prop firm paying you out as fast and as much as that. I do not withdraw using crypto. FTMO payouts are extremely fast. It even says payouts every 2 weeks, but you can even request it after a week and not have to wait the full two weeks. Which is amazing. I've had experience with other prop firms and had to wait 8 days after requesting my payout. My trading experience overall is great. I've only ever had one time I got slipped during market closing and opening but other than that most of the time I have no problems with my trades. Once TP is touched FTMO gets me out of my trade which is really nice. Some prop firms I have to wait until it goes many pips passed my TP which is frustrating. Overall FTMO is the best prop firm by far I've used. I plan to be a long term client with them

Unfortunately, my recent experience with FTMO has been disappointing, particularly regarding BTCUSD trading.

According to FTMO's official trading hours, BTCUSD is available for trading on Saturdays from 00:05 to 23:55 (platform time). However, in reality, the market consistently closes around 07:40 AM every Saturday without any official notice or explanation, which disrupted my trading strategy and led to missed opportunities.

I contacted support and sent them screenshots showing the market was closed despite the published hours saying otherwise. Their response was vague and failed to acknowledge the clear discrepancy.

What’s more frustrating is that FTMO promotes transparency and precision, yet their trading hours table is outdated and misleading — this is unacceptable, especially for traders relying on that data for weekend crypto trading.

I strongly recommend FTMO to update their trading hours and inform traders of real, consistent behavior.

Until then, I would not recommend FTMO for anyone who needs accurate market timing, especially in crypto trading over weekends.

This unexpected early closure disrupted my trading plan and decision-making during a critical moment.

I contacted support and provided screenshots showing the contradiction between the published trading hours and the actual platform behavior. The support team informed me that the closure was due to scheduled maintenance, which is only listed on a separate “Trading Updates” page and not reflected in the official trading hours or within the platform itself.

In my opinion, such recurring downtime — especially when it disables trading completely — should be clearly communicated either in the platform's "Specification" window or through an automated popup warning. Relying solely on an external page is not enough and can lead to confusion for traders who plan based on the published specifications.

To be fair, the support team was polite and confirmed they would forward the feedback to the relevant department, which I truly appreciate. Still, I believe this is a transparency issue that needs to be addressed for the sake of user trust and platform reliability.

✅ Suggestion: Add a clear in-platform notice whenever scheduled maintenance is planned — especially if it disables crypto trading.

وفقًا للجدول الرسمي المنشور على موقع FTMO، فإن تداول البيتكوين متاح يوم السبت من الساعة 00:05 حتى 23:55 (بتوقيت المنصة). لكن في الواقع، السوق يغلق فعليًا كل يوم سبت حوالي الساعة 07:40 صباحًا دون أي تنبيه أو توضيح رسمي، وهذا ما تسبب في إرباك استراتيجياتي وخسارة فرص تداول هامة.

تواصلت مع الدعم الفني وأرسلت لهم أسكرين من المنصة يوضح أن السوق مغلق، بالإضافة إلى الجدول الذي أرسلوه لي بأن السوق "مفتوح" حتى آخر اليوم، لكنهم لم يقدموا أي تفسير منطقي، ولم يعترفوا بوجود تضارب بين المعلن والواقع.

ما يزعجني أكثر هو أن FTMO تروج للشفافية والدقة، بينما جدول التداول غير محدث وغير متطابق مع الحالة الفعلية للسوق — وهذا أمر غير مقبول خصوصًا لمن يعتمد على الجداول الرسمية لتحديد أوقات الدخول والخروج من السوق.

أتمنى من إدارة FTMO احترام المتداولين وتحديث المعلومات بشكل واقعي يتماشى مع ما يحدث فعليًا على المنصة.

لا أنصح بالتعامل مع FTMO لمن يعتمد على دقة التوقيتات، خاصة في الأسواق المفتوحة نهاية الأسبوع مثل العملات الرقمية.
