Highly recommended shopping experience
I was searching for a particular clothing item and Fruugo USA was one of the few sites that carried the item. I had never of them before so I did my research and found out they are legitimate. As such, I placed the order with them and was not disappointed.
Fruugo subsequently contacted the retailer (in the UK) with the item and I received my order within 5 business days. Amazing!

Go somewhere else.
I ordered some toothpicks on May 6, 2025. It is now June 25 and still no toothpicks. I tried tracking the order but once I got so far all instructions were in German. That's about $25 I'll put down as donation. I doubt I get them at this point.

I sent a link by my electrician via SMS to buy a part, I ordered it with my phone, but didn't get a confirmation. Simon Tracked it down for me a provided a ETA and courier link. - he took ownership and repeatedly kept it comtact over 1 week to resolve the question that I requested. - Great Work, very happy with his efforts.

Terrible tracking and hyper slow
The product arrived after 1 month and appears to be what I ordered (vitamin pills).
HOWEVER, I feel compelled to say the following:
They have the worst tracking system that I have ever seen. In about 15-20 steps, it appears that it was handed from one person to another. There is not a single entry which said WHERE it was. Even when it finally arrived at the final destination, they said it was in one of their offices.
I should add that 3 days after ordered the pills, I ordered something from Temu. I got accurate tracking information and received it in 12 days from China! What a difference!
