Its a good platform. I've used it a half dozen times and it just works, protecting both the renter and the owner. At first I kinda thought the messaging system was clunky. But really, it's fine for what it needs to do. I've not used any of the problem resolution features. But so far I haven't needed to.

I have had a few rentals for my battery power stations on Friendwitha.com and they all went very smoothly. Everyone was very nice to work with, my gear was returned in good condition. I will keep renting out things to help my community, I have been into the sharing economy over 20 years since Airbnb and Turo first started. It's great to share things and have them paid for by others.

The whole concept behind Friendwitha is brilliant. I wanted to try an expensive cargo bike before making a huge purchase. With nowhere in Canada to test it, trying another owners bike was the only option. Friendwitha allowed the bike owner to lend her equipment on a fully insured platform, minimizing any risk to either of us.

Pretty easy to use and fair payments structure when renting out your stuff. They listen and available when you have suggestions or issues. Only thing I'd wish they offer is higher insurance coverage.
